vinnie's pov

My alarm rang at around 9 am. I changed really quickly and headed downstairs. Once I got down there, I saw the whole house down there looking at me.

"Happy birthday Vinnie!" They all said in unison
"Ahh thanks, guys" I replied back as Tristan got up and walked over to me.

"Okay so we're all going to go for lunch at around 2 so make sure you're ready by then," Tristan says to me

"Did you plan all of this?" I asked her
"Y-yeah" Tristan replies as she blushed a little. I hugged her and said thank you. Everyone and the room said aww and made comments about us.

"I hate all of you so much," Tristan says
"We love you too," Kio says as everyone laughed

"Can we go upstairs, I have to tell you something" I leaned over to Tristan and whispered in her ear
"Yeah, sure" She responded back as she followed me upstairs

"Look at the two lovebirds leaving us to go somewhere private," Anthony says
" She's probably giving him his 'gift' " Kio says with air quotes and everyone laughs

"You guys are fucking disgusting" I reply back

Once we get upstairs,  we go into my room and I closed my room door.
"Is everything okay?" Tristan asks me

"Yeah, it's just that I never really got to celebrate my birthday when I was growing up, so I really appreciate you doing all of this for me," I say as I grabbed her hands to hold them

"Of course, there's no need to thank me. I was so happy to do this for you and I'm happy that you are happy" She responds back

At that moment, I looked into her eyes, stared at her smile, and realized that I, in fact, do like her. I leaned in to kiss her and to my surprise, she kissed back. It wasn't awkward at all. Everything just felt so right. It was the best present anyone could ever give me. After we both pulled away, we smiled and stared at each other for a few seconds.

"So..." She says as she smiles and looks around the room
"I hope that wasn't awkward," I said
"No, not at all. I really enjoyed it" She chuckles a bit
"Wait really?" I asked

"Yeah, I'm happy we finally kissed," She says
"Me too. Okay well I'm going to go shower, but your welcome to stay in here if you want" I say as I got up

"Who said I wanted to stay in here?" She replied back
"W-what?" I asked
"What if I wanted to join you..." She says
"Oh, I definitely wouldn't mind," I said
"I'll keep that in mind for another time," She said and she smiles at me

"Sounds like a plan," I said as I walked into the bathroom and could see Tristan falling onto my bed

After Vinnie closed the bathroom door, I fell back onto his bed. I started thinking about the kiss and it made me so happy. I can't believe we finally kissed. After a few minutes, Vinnie's room door opens.

"Vinnie where is your spare controller-" Kio Says as he and Anthony enter the room. We all stare at each other for a few seconds as I sat up on the bed.

"Hey..." I said
"What's up," Anthony says
"Nothing much, I'm just in Vinnie's bed" I replied back sarcastically and they both gasped

"You guys did it on his birthday!?" Kio says
"No oh my gosh, we were just talking. I'm just waiting for him to get out of the shower." I replied back
"Sounds kinky," Anthony says

I took one of Vinnie's pillows and threw it at Anthony. He then put his hands up in surrender mode as he and Kio backed out of the room. After a few more minutes, Vinnie walks out of the bathroom in a towel. I look up at him and can't stop staring.

"You're staring again," He says and laughs
"O-oh sorry," I say and laugh with him
"It's fine, I know you can't resist"
"True," I say and we both laughed again

Once he got done getting dressed, he sat on the bed with me and turned on Netflix. We watched a few episodes before I realized he fell asleep right next to me. The birthday boy fell asleep on his birthday. I pause the show and take a picture of him to post on my spam later.

Then, I grabbed my phone and decided to text Hailey, Avani, and Addison about what just happened.
