How I think different characters would react to different scenarios. Just read the ones you like of the characters you like.

Thor:
You're in Asgard together with Thor. He is telling everybody stories about how he fought frost giants and other creatures. Everybody was laughing and having fun. After some time you get really tired and you rest your head on Thor's shoulder. He kisses the top of your head and continues talking. After about 10 to 15 minutes you had fallen asleep. Siff is the first one to notice and kicks Thor from under the table.
"What was that for!" Thor spat out, Siff just signaled with her head towards you. Thor looked at you and saw you sleeping, he smiles. "Will you guys excuse me for a second," He says to the group, before gently picking you up and carrying you to your room.
You wake up while he is carrying you. He looks at you with a bright smile. "Go back to sleep, I got you, my lady," He kisses the top of your head again. You snuggle more into his chest before closing your eyes again. "Sleep well, my love."

Steve:
Everybody was in the common room sitting together, watching a movie. You are cuddling with Steve.
You fell asleep, but nobody had noticed.
"Did you see that Mr. Stark!?" Peter yelled out.
You shrink in one and hold on to Steve more.
"Hey it's okay, you're okay," He kisses the top of your head. You hide your face in his chest from embarrassment. Blushing like crazy.
"I'm sorry miss Y/n, I didn't know you were sleeping," Peter says, feeling bad for shouting.
"It's okay Peter, I will bring her to bed," Steve says in a caring voice, lifting you up, carrying you to your bedroom. You fell asleep halfway there. He looks down and smiles proudly. "Sweet dreams, sweetheart."
