He told you to wait for him, all those cycles ago you promised, you stayed on the nemesis. Each passing day without him was hell, he was gone.
"Here in the nemesis. Lets stay awake. I'll show you how it's done... Here in the nemesis, hide somewhere."
"This'll be so much fun!"
"And then he took off, that's the last I saw him, the way he ran the courage in his eyes. Happy to listen, happy to stay, happily watching us drift... away."
Throughout the cycles you faught hoping Breakdown would come back.
"Happily fighting, all on my own. Under the endless skies. Counting the nano-killicks, fighting alone, as several of cycles go by..."
"Happily wondering, fight after fight. Is he okay? Will he ever return? Happy to listen, happy to stay, happily watching us drrrrrriiiiiiiiftttt away..."
As the many cycles passed. You waited for him, you hoped he'll return.
"I keep thinking, he'll come back for me, for me... And still it takes it ages... To see him gone, see him gone... See him gone... Everyone gone without you..."
Breakdown arrived back at the nemesis, he told you he was coming back but there was no response. You two conversed often and this was odd for you to not answer.
"Finally something, finally news, about how our story ends, she doesn't exist now, survived by her mechling and all of her old memories..."
He found out later on that you sparkbonded with Knockout after that you fell sparked and gave birth to your mechling Torment. Even though you promised you'd stay single for him. This broke his spark.
"Isn't that lovely? Isn't that cool? And isn't that cruel and aren't I a fool to have. Told her to wait, told her to stay, letting us driiiiiiiiiiift, driiiiiiiiiift.... driiiiiiift... DRIFT.... Away..."
