It was silent. The three of you walked behind each other, in a dark ocean of dust. From time to time you could hear the distant sound of collapsing buildings. Teyvat would never be the same again.
Even the always so talkative Kaeya seemed to have run out of words. Suddenly the person in front of you stopped walking. He turned around. 'It should be here.', Dainsleif said.
He looked around and then grabbed a strange round device from under a pile of rocks. He swiped some dust of the device and then put it on the ground.
'Please don't look directly at it.', he instructed.
You closed your eyes.
A loud zngg and a bright flash.
You slowly opened your eyes. The strange device had turned into something what other might call a portal. A white hole with bright light coming from the other side. The sides of the gate were covered in golden stars. You took a look at your travel companions. Kaeya seemed just as amazed as you were. Meanwhile Dainsleif walked towards it and then looked back at you.
'Welcome home.'
