A Thief's End

Jumping into the water, Nate and Ella began swimming towards the ship, only to be stopped by an explosion, coming from the ship, the ship on fire soon after the explosion

"Holy shit", Ella said

"Sam", Nate muttered, the two swimming fast as parts of the ship came off, not long after, the two climbed into the ship, as they were on the deck, another explosion rang out, "Whoa, crap...Sam", moving around the deck, Nate and Ella dropped themselves down into the ship's hold, the two saw almost all of Avery's treasure, "Whoa, look at that"

"Egyptian, Spanish, Roman, English, a lot of treasure from many continents around the world", Ella stated

"There's your treasure", Nate muttered as the two continued forward, into a room, "Sam, Sam", both Nate and Ella heard Rafe coughing due to the smoke, and both pulled out their guns as Rafe did the same

"Hey, Nate, Ella", Rafe greeted

"Where is Sam", Nate asked in a threatening tone

"Oh, he's right there", Rafe said, nudging his head over to an unconscious Sam who was stuck on the floor due to a beam

"Sam", Nate called out

"Relax, he's alive, you know, this idiot nearly got us all killed", Rafe stated

"We're getting him outta here", Ella said

"No, you're not", Rafe said

"Rafe, you can have the treasure, alright, just let me save my brother", Nate pleaded

"After everything he's done... how noble of you...but no", Rafe said

"We stay here any longer and we're all dead", Ella stated "is that what you want",

"That's not what I said, what do you think, Nadine", Rafe asked as Nadine came into the room, gun pointed at Nate and Ella, "good to see you up and about, be a dear and relieve Nate and Ella of their guns",

"Hand it over", Nadine demanded

"Nadine, you can't trust him, please", Ella pleaded

"Not your concern", Nadine said

"Now, why are you trying to instigate, sweetheart, Nadine and I are partners, I don't screw over my partners", Rafe stated, Nate gritted his teeth as Nadine took their guns away, "get over there, you three, though... right from the start, you took advantage of my generosity, you tried to cut me out and it's high time you learned... what are you doing",

"Now you give me your gun", Nadine demanded, her gun on the back of his head

"Nadine...", Rafe began, but she cocked the gun

"I won't ask you again", Nadine warned, Rafe sighed as he gave Nadine his gun

"You are being... profoundly stupid right now", Rafe stated

"Look over there", Nadine asked

"Nadine, stop screwing around... Jesus", Rafe shouted as Nadine shot the gun by his feet, making Rafe jump

"I said look", Nadine shouted

"Ok, it's a couple skeleton's so what", Rafe stated

"I don't know much about history as you all, but I've got a pretty good idea who those two are", Nadine said

"Well, enlighten us", Rafe asked

"It's Avery and Tew... they killed each other", Ella stated

"Good for them... what's the point", Rafe asked
