I Can't Read It

It was a normal morning at home with my dad and my brother josh as we were getting ready to go to school.

"y/n hurry up"  josh shouted

"i am coming"  I shouted back

I went down stairs running as quick as i could i was already dressed and had my school bag with me.

"what took you so long we are going to be late for school"  my dad said

(A/N your dad is mr Clarkson)

"im sorry dad"  I replied back

We ended up driving to school and i was in class in english.  I sit at the back of the class thankfully my english teacher also happens to be my dad wich is lucky.

We were reading when all of a sudden tje word on my page were moving slightly i thought i was going crazy but they were moving then all of a sudden the words didn't make sense i didn't get it.

I turned to my friend and said

"hey is it just me or does this book not make sense"  I whispered to her

"umm no there not are you ok"  she replied quietly

"i dont know it's like the words are moving it doesn't make sense anymore" i replied back to her

Then Mr Clarkson caught us talking

"girls stop talking please silent work" he shouted at us

The bell rang so we were all leaving leason to go home.

"y/n please can you stay back"  my dad said to me as soon as i was about to walk out of the door

"sure" i said back i went to him and he said

"why were you and your friend talking in my class before"  he said

"oh umm it was nothing"  i replied

"well it didn't look like nothing so tell me please what's wrong"  he said to me

"we were talking because when i was reading the words were moving and it all didnt make sense i got really confused" i replied

I didn't know what he was going to say to me but i was a bit worried about what he would say.

He ended up saying that i could be dyslexic and that it was nothing to worry about and that we should get it checked.

We were going inside and josh was there with finn hanging out.

"hey where have you been" josh said to me as i sat down on the couch

"oh umm no where" i replied no wanting josh to find out where we were

(Time skip a few hours later when finn went home)

"so dad where were you with y/n really"  josh asked my dad

"oh josh we had to go to the doctors" dad replied back

"wait is she ill" josh said panicked

"no she's no she is fine"  dad replied whilst laughing

"why did you go then"  josh still sounded a bit panicked

"well we had to go since we found out that she is dyslexic thats why"  my dad explained

"ooh ok" josh replied

We ended up just talking about it and my dad sid how he could help me in english and that its nothing to worry about.
