The Slayer awoke to see that the lid overtop his coffin had been lifted and but was still chained.
He hears groaning of some kind and sees what looks like a creature made by the Reapers.

The Slayer ripped his right hand out of one of the restraints and grabbed the Husk by it's head smashing and destroying it against the edge of his coffin.
The Slayer ripped off the rest of his restraints and saw several dead humanoids by his coffin. Judging by the armor, they were military.
The Slayer removed the helmet of one and touched the being's head, seeing everything that he endured before his death and what race he was.
Human.
