3RD PERSON POV:
Audrey took one glance out of the huge cafe window and felt the breath knock out of her body as her eyes caught sight of something that could end the person in front of her's life and damage her and the person next to her's life in seconds.
"TERESSA GET DOWN!!" Audrey screamed startling everyone in the cafe.
Pow...
A gun had been fired, someone got hit and that's when the screams of workers and people inside the cafe could be heard and just like that, someone indeed ended up in the hospital that day...........
Teressa startled by Audrey's powerful voice immediately grabbed ahold of Leora who sat opposite of her from the window and launched both her and Leora to the floor of the cafe to avoid the crossfire.
Teressa held their youngest friend tightly in her slightly shaking arms as she let the girl sob into her shirt.......Teressa was terrified not exactly of the bullet that was close to ending her life just then but the fact that the person sitting exactly next to her could have died in a matter of seconds if the person failed to shoot her and missed.
Everything seemed to move in slow motion from the screams of bystanders to the people running for their lives while trampling over each other trying to take shelter as shot after shot had been let loose. Bullet after bullet could be heard every time it made contact with the cold-tiled flooring that pressed harshly against Teressa's cheek.
The piercing sounds of a mere bullet does not affect the ears of a killer like Teressa for them it sounds like the pop of confetti you'd have at one's birthday party.
Left.....no right........left again Teressa felt her ears go in and out before she could finally make out the crying shaky voice of Audrey who was laid out next to them on the ground practically screaming out begging for Teressa to get up and open her eyes.
"TERESSA GET UP-......." the shout of Audrey only went threw her right ear "GET UP RIGHT NOW IVY PLEASE!!!"And threw her left again. It was panning back and forth.
Teressa then fully lost consciousness and blacked out on the floors of the Cafe all while still holding onto Leora who was now a sobbing mess snot dripped from her nose as she tried to desperately shake at Teressa's limp body but it was pointless.......
