she was dressed in soft pink
her eyes were the perfect shade of brown that you get lost in
her skin was so smooth and her hands were gentle
i saw angel
she sat with me for hours underneath the stars
she listened to every fear i had and made me believe it was alright
she laughed and made me laugh
she read to me and i was stuck on every word not wanting the story to be over because then her voice would stop
she calms me and takes away the fog
i saw an angel, and darling it's you
