Jon
After all of us get dressed for the day, dad and Jordan have to go to the fortress, leaving me all alone. I mainly stay in my room in case mom comes home, which she does and is very angry.
"JONATHAN, GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE NOW!" Mom yells
I whimper, but regardless leave the safety of my room and go downstairs.
"Yes," I say quietly
"Where's your brother and your father?" Mom asks
"They had to go to the fortress," I reply
"Good," She says as she grabs a vase off of the table
She throws it at me and when it breaks pieces of glass hit my face and stick. She then continues to throw stuff at me and hits me a few times, I think I pass out at some point but I don't remember. When I wake up mom's gone and I'm the only one home. I lift myself up off the floor and decide to drag myself to the Cushing's. When I get there I feel like passing out again bit I knock on the door first.
"Jonathan?" Kyle asks as he opens the door
"Help me," I whisper before passing out again
Kyle
Someone knocks on our door around 3 o clock in the afternoon.
"I'll get it," I tell Lana and kiss her head
I go open the door and it's Jonathan, who looks really bad.
"Help me," He whispers before passing out
"Shit," I say
I gather Jon in my arms and carry him into the house.
"Hey Sarah, can you get the first aid kit?" I ask
"Sure wh- oh my god Jon!" She exclaims as I lay him down on the couch
She runs and gets the first aid kit and some towels with some water.
"Thanks, kiddo," I tell her
"Your welcome dad," She smiles and we start cleaning Jon's wounds
"I wonder what happened to him?" I ask Sarah as I pull some glass out of the boy's face
"I think his mom did it," Sarah replies
I give her a questioning look, Lois Lane would never hurt her kids.
"She's been hurting him both physically and mentally for a while now, he told me about it last night when I went over," Sarah explains
Okay, maybe there's more to Lois than meets the eye. We get all of Jon's wounds cleaned and Sarah lays his head in her lap. I walk to the kitchen and smile at Lana.
"How's he doing?" She asks
"Well he hasn't woken up yet and Sarah thinks Lois did this to him," I tell my wife
"What! That's insane, Lois would never hurt her kids," Lana says softly
"That's what I thought but according to Sarah, she's been neglecting Jon for a while now and just focusing on Jordan," I tell her
"We have to help him, I don't wanna see him in any more pain," Lana says
I hug her to my chest as a few tears escape her eyes.
Jonathan
I groan as I come back into consciousness. I look up and see Sarah, she smiles at me and plays with my hair.
"Welcome back, you gave us quite the scare," Sarah says
"I'm sorry for just showing up, but I didn't know where else to go to get help," I ramble a little
"It's fine Jon, just don't ever scare me like that again," Sarah points
"I can't make any promises, but can you promise me something?" I ask
"Sure," She says
"Don't leave me alone, please don't leave me alone?" I ask
"Never, not after what you've been through," Sarah tells me
We talk for a few minutes before Kyle comes in with some water and Tylenol.
"Thanks," I say
"Your welcome, there's some soup that should be done soon if you want some," Lana says as she walks in
"Thanks, guys," I say and close my eyes again
