Poppy yawned, as she slowly woke up the next morning, stretching her arms towards the sky.

"Ok, guys," she yawned, looking to her friends who were still asleep on the ground. "Everyone wake up. We better get going. We have to find that stolen glitter."

Everyone yawned, standing up out of their leaves, as they stretched.

"Ok," Poppy said. "Everyone ready?"
"Yep," everyone replied happily.
"Good," Poppy said, smiling. "Branch, can you..." She looked at his leaf, seeing that it was empty. "Uh... Branch?" She looked around, but Branch was nowhere to be seen. "Has anyone seen Branch?" Everyone shook their heads, except Copper, who laughed.

"Of course I've seen Branch," he said, smiling goofily.
"Really?" Poppy said, smiling at the news.
"Dugh. He's short. Has big ears. Wears a leaf vest..."
"No, Copper..." Poppy said, stopping him. "I meant, have you seen him today?"
"Ohhhhhhh!" Cooper said, laughing. "That makes way more sense."

Silence...

"Well?" Poppy finally said, looking at Copper confused. "Have you?"
"Have I what?"
"Seen Branch!?" Everyone yelled at once.
"Oh. Of course I have," Cooper laughed. "He's blue. He's short..."
"Ugh!" everyone groaned, slapping their foreheads in unison.

"Cooper, focus!" Poppy said, grabbing his face in her hands, and pulling it close to hers. "Have you seen Branch, today?"
"Nope. Not at all," Cooper replied with a goofy grin.

Poppy let go of him, immediately beginning to pace anxiously.

"Where could he be?" she asked softly. "It's not like him to just wonder off."
"Uh... Poppy..." Dj said slowly, pointing at the ground.

Poppy looked to where she was pointing, seeing several footprints in the dirt. Along with the footprints were two lines that looked as if whoever the footprints belonged to, had been dragging something.

Poppy gasped, realizing with horror what this meant.

"Someone took Branch!"

"Let me out of here!" Branch yelled, pulling at the bars of the cage he was now trapped in. "Let me go!"

There was no one around to hear his screams, though. He hadn't even seen the people who kidnapped him. It all happened so fast.

"Help!" he screamed out as loud as he could. "Poppy! Smidge! Anyone!"

     No answer...

He sighed, sitting down in the cage. No one was coming to save him... were they? Did they even notice he was gone? Or worse... did they even care? He knew he never really fit in with the rest of the trolls. Maybe they'd be happier without him.

Slowly, he pulled his hug watch out of his hair, gazing at it sadly.

She would come for him... right?

He sighed again, burying his head into his knees.

"That's him," he suddenly heard in a soft whisper. His ear twitched, turning towards the sound. "He's so weird," another voice said.

Branch stood, looking around, as he placed the hug watch back into his hair for safe keeping.

"Who said that!?" he demanded, looking around, but all he saw was trees. Lots of trees.
