It was the night before the school year officially starts. Of course the school had to throw a party for the students the night before

Three girls had entered the premises of the party looking at the amount of young adults drinking and talking. One in particular was not really fond of attending such events, Calista Han

"Did we seriously need to go to this dumb party ?" She asked with a roll of her eyes and Naih looked at her "Uh yeah. It's lit and fun so why not" Cali didn't respond and just looked around

On another side of the party were a group of boys, most likely known as the Clique 7. They're kinda called bad boys but not really

Calix let out a sigh of boredom "This is so boring, man. I could have used this time to study" he grabbed his cup and took a sip from the drink. "They're racing later. Any of you wanna join?" Minho asked

The leader had a small smirk on his face "Oh you bet I wanna join"

Naih had grabbed another drink and Avi just looked at her "Don't drink too much. I don't want our roommates to see you drunk" "Yeah yeah whatever"

"Shit looks like the race is about to start" Cali said as she took a look outside then the guys had started to walk in their direction. Ethan had bumped into Avi and immediately looked at her with a mean look "Yah! Watch where you're going!"

"Oh uh s-sorry sir" Avi apologized with a soft voice and Naih obviously didn't like that so she looked at the leader with a glare in her eyes

"Shut up, asshole! Now say sorry to my friend or I might need to throw a punch or two"

Avi gulped and tried to stop her "Naih leave it be. I'm fine" But Naih wasn't having it "No this asshole clearly doesn't have any manners. Clearly wasn't taught how to treat people properly"

The guys couldn't believe that this girl had the guts to talk such harshness to their leader. No one even dares to speak to Ethan Kang

Ethan had simply brought his face closer to this girl's face "I don't need to say sorry to your little friend, princess"

"Get away from me"

He smirked and walked away with his gang following him

"What the fuck was that" Cali said as her eyes followed the boys leaving "That jerk didn't even apologize" Naih rolled her eyes and Avi held her arm "Naih, it's fine. Let's just ignore him, we can't really do anything about it anyway"

"Why, he isn't superior. He's like everyone else"

"That's where you're wrong"

The guys were outside waiting for the race to begin "That was the first time someone has talked back to you in a while" Atticus had said and Ethan just chuckled "Exactly. Quite amusing to see her try"

"Not gonna lie, I thought it would've been Cali who would talk back to you since she really isn't afraid of you"

"Who are those guys anyway ?" Naih asked the two girls "Clique 7, they all come from the most respected families here so you don't usually see anyone fighting back at them, especially the one you just insulted" Cali answered

"Ethan Kang, the leader and THE law of the school. It's either you're afraid of him or head over heels with him" Avi added

The girls head outside and bump into Michiko, their other roommate. They notice her slightly tipsy state "Are you ok, Michi?"

"Yeah. Probably a bit tipsy"

"We can bring you to the dorm if you want"

"No it's fine. I still wanna watch anyway"

They four girls head to the race and they see Ethan prepare himself for the race

Naih looked at the friends of Ethan and noticed a rather pale guy with an emotionless expression on his face. She tapped Avi's shoulder and pointed at the guy "Who is he?" Avi looked at the direction "Oh he's Alistarr Kim. According to the people I know he's pretty close to Ethan since they grew up together"

"He's handsome"

"Obviously. Anyone who says he isn't is blind"

Michiko had heard them and joined in on their conversation "You can't hit on him though. There are rumors that he likes someone else. No one knows who it is though"

"READY SET GO!!"

The race had started and Ethan drove off

"Damn he's quite fast" Atticus said as he watched "Of course he is. He's competitive so he'll drive fast"

Ethan quickly drove past the finish and slowing down the car to not cause a crash "I honestly thought he'd crash the car after he crossed the finish line" Khalil said chuckling "Yeah I thought that too" Renjiro watched Ethan get out of the car

Ethan went to the guys "So are we going home, boss?" Ethan shrugged "Yeah I guess so. Let's go"

They started their walk to their dorm making small talk with each other

"Finally! Home sweet home!" Ishikawa said and ran to his room "I suggest all of you go to sleep! We still have class tomorrow" Calix said and they all went to their respective rooms heading to sleep
