If a book has a Pending status is means a few things
Written ready to be uploaded, not yet written, not yet published.
Those are just a few meanings it depends on which book it is and there is a lot of factors involved.
Please do note that occasionally I will update book covers to give a fresh feeling but as of 2021 I don't plant to refresh them anytime soon.
