backstory:
1. Nonnie left home at age 16 unable to take her parents crazy expectations for her, she lived with her aunt who helped her get by til she had enough money to go to her town's community college and live on her own, she had just finished up her first year in collage when a mirror in her living room glowed and she suddenly finds herself pinned under someone and her eyes locking with a pair of lion eyes. and several others
2. Nonnie is a creature called a werecat, and is teleported through the mirror to Twisted Wonderland, her shifter abilities aren't sensed by the mirror, as such she is sent to Ramshackle, but Leona smells she isn't human when they meet in the greenhouse. And he begins to fall for her when he realizes she isn't the magicless herbivore he thought she was.
