.........................................................................
The war against Spade and devil is over.
Yami and William narrowly escaped death, but as they say, everything has a price.
It was a month after the war ended, Yami felt that there was something wrong with his magic. He could not control it, and it was leaking from him little by little. If he continued like this, he might lose his magic completely.

He shook his head trying to get those thoughts out of his head. He didn't want to believe that this could happen. Maybe if he didn't think about it, it wouldn't happen? It was a silly thought, but at this rate, it’s the only thing that kept him sane.
He didn’t want to keep thinking about this not only for the sake of himself but for her. He didn't want to frighten her and disturb her. He was remembering the ocean when he looked into her eyes. He found peace and comfort in her arms. He still couldn't believe that she confessed her feelings to him; telling him that she had loved him. He was such a loser. Made a woman wait for him. For years that have passed, she is the first to confess, not him.

...................................

Julius held a meeting with the captains. It’s been a while ever since. He would not deny that he missed harassing the other captains and quarrel with Jack.
He was waiting outside, leaning his back against the stone wall of the conference building until he saw her coming. He smiled and waved at her, “The Prickly Queen is late, that is a rare thing,” he said, stealing a quick kiss from her lips.
Charlotte blushed, "You're the one who arrived earlier than usual," Charlotte whispered to him in an icy tone.
"What’s with the tone? You're breaking my fragile heart," Yami replied with a smile and walked with her to the meeting room.

...................................

The meeting passed quickly. It was just about rebuilding the kingdom and making connections to the other kingdoms.
Suddenly, Marx came and told Julius that there was a call from the Kingdom of the Heart. Lolopechka’s face appeared through the magic tool. She and Julius discussed some future joint business between the two kingdoms.
After a while, she noticed Yami’s presence. “Oh, you are the captain of the Black Bulls! How is your health? Have you settled down?” Yami inwardly cursed.

That woman’s knowledge and the ability to quickly get information is annoying sometimes. Charlotte raised an eyebrow in question. Was he hiding something from her?
"Are you okay, Yami?"  Julius asked, fear was evident in his voice.
"You should not neglect rest or treatment. This is important for your health. We’ve risked our lives for you only for you to still end up in vain," Fuegoleon said.

"There no need to fuss, I'm fine," Yami said in a tone that can be heard as ‘I don’t want to talk about it, leave me alone.’ He got up to leave the room.
He was tired of being treated like a child until Lolopechka’s voice stopped him, "I apologize for interfering. I didn't know that you didn't tell them the truth about your health condition. However, Captain Yami, please consider this seriously. You shouldn't be late and you know it's the only way to treat your condition."
“I know my own damn situation and I’m not gonna do what you asked! I’ve had enough,” Yami said in a loud voice and walked out of the rooms, slamming the door hard.

"I'm sorry for his behavior, I'm going to talk to him," Charlotte muttered as she stood up to look for him outside. Lolopechika nodded, “It’s alright.”
Lolopechika knew that she had crossed the line by mentioning Yami’s health matter in front of everyone. It was a private matter. Yet, she knew that he would try to ignore it until it reached a point where his condition could not be cured. Not mentioning the matter here might force him to make the decision that guarantees his life and magic. She would partially be at fault and the guilt will eat her.
