Quirk and about it: Creation of All~ she's a descendent of All for one, inheriting his quirk, but instead of stealing quirks, she literally can create quirks, however the setbacks are~ she needs to remember the quirk, drawbacks of using it etc. similar to Deku she writes everything about it down in notebooks, she can limit herself of using only 4 quirks at a time if she tries to do more, her body will take a lot of damage and her mind will slowly start slipping, making her lose control. Her body is decorated with scars that will glow when using her quirk, the scars litter her body and they are in beautiful designs.
