Quirk Understanding: The user can look at anyone or anything and find out anything and everything about that person or about what they are looking at. On the downside though, all the info comes rushing in fast 24/7. There is no turning it off, so it gives the user a major headache all the info rushing in fast can drive a person mad.
Past: she went to UA to try and get some help after her parents used her ability to cheat and make money not caring about the decrease in both her mental and physical health. When her parents found out about her ability they used her until they were satisfied. After reaching the right age they forced her to go to UA. They thought if she can get in they can rack up more cash. What they did not know was she went to train her quirk.
She wanted help with her quirk it hurt her all the time and her parents were not helping. Having got in despite what she thought would happen they did not help they trained her quirk, yes but it made it worse. She could now pick up on anything she laid her eyes on. All of that plus her health did not do her any good. But everything went downhill when UA took advantage of her quirk like her parents.
She powered through it, but after years' worth of pain from her family and now even the heroes....the people she admired...she snapped.
