I just decided to walk home since all his friends were being mean.As soon as i got home I noticed something was odd because my hand felt oddly empty and thats when I realized my bat! I left my bat."Oh no this can't end well"I thought to myself."Well maybe I should go get it"I thought but I wasn't to sure I
was gonna want to but eventually I went inside and forgot about it.
"UGH! Who is it?!" Someone was at my door and i was half asleep when I answered "hello?"Benny asked "oh!Benny?hi!" I said in shock to see him.Benny was at my house for what?How did he know where I lived? As benny took something from behind his back he said "Here you left your bat ." "Well thanks Benny but um how did you know where I live?" I asked with concern he told me that he had seen me moving boxes in to my house with my mom.I thanked him for the bat and said my goodbyes but he asked if I was okay and reassured me that his team just isn't a fan of new players.So I told him it was okay and said I'd show them how good I am tomorrow."well alright then y/n "benny chuckles as he walks away. It was like when Cinderella lost her glass slipper!
"That girl yes that girl " Benny thinks as hes waking down y/n's drive way
The next morning
*y/n's alarm clock beeps*
"GOODMORNING "I say to my self as I get ready for the day
I grab my bat and race down stairs
"Sandlot time!" I yell .As I run to the sandlot Benny yells my name "Y/N wait up!!"
I slow down and turn around "hey Benny boy"
"Hey y/n,on your way to the sandlot?" I tell him yeah.He asks to walk with me "yeah of course " I say
When Benny and I arrived I could hear yeah yeah and squints laughing it off "you brought her?"Ham laughs and yells.
"No I brought myself and I came here to teach you a few things Ham"
"OUUU" everyone says in shock
"M-m-m-"
"Cat got your tounge"? I say but Ham just stares at me "what? Did I s-st-stutter?" I ask sarcastically
Everyone laughs except for Ham
He got schooled but class wasn't over
Benny walked up to me and told me he never seen anybody stick up to ham like the way I did.
