It's time

8 months and some days later

"STEVE" Natasha yelled

Steve came running "what's wrong? Are the babies okay" he asked worriedly

Natasha couldn't help but think of how cute he is when he's worried. She's never really got to see him worried before until she became pregnant and he was always worried. But that thought was interrupted by a contraction that caused the red head to wince in pain.

"Another contraction" he asked

Natasha nodded in confirmation "my water broke" she said as she looked down at the small puddle of water underneath her

Natasha couldn't help but laugh at Steve's pacing and how he was acting. She winced again and Steve bent down picking her up bridal style.

"I can walk you know" she said

"I know. But I don't want you to walk down the steps in your condition" he replied

Natasha rolled her eyes as he carried her to the car. When they got into the hospital they were quickly escorted to the delivery room.

After almost 4 hours of pushing baby number one was finnaly here and it was time for the other one to come. After another 4 hours both babies were born. One boy and one girl. Steve and Natasha took turns holding them till there was a knock on the door and Natasha's brother and dad along with Tony and James came in to hold the little bundles of joy. Natasha laughed at Bucky as he didn't know a thing about baby's let alone how to hold one.

"Okay what are there names" the nurse asked as she walked into the room

Steve and Natasha looked at each other and smiled "James Fury Rogers" Steve said as he held up the little boy

Bucky was about in tears as he heard them using his birth name for their son. Bucky ran up to the couple and hugged them tightly.

"And the girl" the nurse asked

"Sarah Yelena Rogers" Steve replied

The nurse nodded before she left the couple and their family alone with the babies.

One year later,

It has now been a year since the twins were born. And it was officially time for the twins birthday. Everyone was ecstatic about the twins birthday. The past year had been rough on the couple but the twins were proof that they got through it.

After the party Steve and Natasha put the twins to bed and Natasha made her way to her bathroom to take a test. Steve and Natasha both agreed that they weren't trying but if it happens it happens. After a few moments it was time. Natasha picked up the test and sure enough it was positive they are having another baby.

"Steve" she shouted but not loud enough to wake the twins

Steve cracked the door and peeked his head through the opening "yeah"

Natasha smiled as she showed him the test and Steve rushed inside picking her up and spinning her around.

"Don't do that I'm going throw up" she said as she giggled

"Right, right, sorry" he said as he put the red head back down

They smiled at each other before they shared a kiss full of love and passion.

Little did they know that their suffering wasn't over yet.
