59- Girl From Past (Part-2)

The wedding went well. Selena looked beautiful in her white gown. It was a special moment bringing tears in Camila's eyes but Shawn's eyes were searching for someone. His curious mind was making him anxious the whole time.

"Hey dude!!" Shawn snapped out of his thoughts at the sudden voice. "Didn't know you'll end up with someone, I wanted to be with." He taunted looking at Camila but addressing Shawn.

"I also didn't know I'd have to meet you again on your sister's wedding but well we are here. Maybe fortune had some better plans for us." Shawn replied trying to remain as calm as he could while Camila looking at both of them in fear.

"Really." Rob huffed a fake laugh. "You think if it wasn't for my sister's special day I would stand you for a second? You are lucky to stand in my place on your own legs otherwise you won't even be able to breathe Miami's air for a second."

"And you think that I can tolerate your annoying ass for a second? It has to be a mountain of patience in me right now and just because of my wife, otherwise you know very well how fond I am of breaking bones."

Rob couldn't reply but chewed his own flesh under his teeth to control his anger.

"Shawn..let's go..leave him." Camila intervened to diminish the tension in air.

"Wait senorita..I came here to see you actually . You know you are still so beautiful..even on this wheelchair you look like a goddess." Rob complimented to provoke Shawn who was quick to push him back by his hand.

"Stay away!!!" Shawn warned him firmly.

"Hey guys...whats happening?" Nicholas out of no where spoke. The time of the night almost everyone was wasted, dancing and laughing around in their own world. "Wow my favourite people here...and our little Karla..look!" He said kneeling down in front of her. "You have no idea how sad I feel to see you like that....you ran away from here didn't you? And now you can't even walk..my heart can't take this."

"Why? Aren't you happy seeing her helpless cuz you are the one who did this to her..infact you wanted to take her life but it didn't happen..now be ready for the time when I'd make your life miserable?" Shawn threatened while Camila's body shrinked between three men who were looking at each other like a predator.

"No Mendes you are wrong..I can't be that brutal."

"Oh you are more than that." This time Shawn huffed.

"Please move from here Shawn." Camila demanded.

"What's going on?" Selena asked interrupting their intense gestures. "Camila are you alright?" She asked glancing at three stiffed men around her.

"Oh hiii Camila..sorry I was so busy in my wedding I forgot to meet you." Liam joined them making Nicholas to move away himself giving Shawn a glare.

"It's fine..it was your event, you should've to be busy." Camila said sweetly.

"You look so pretty as always and don't worry about anything okay. I'm sure you'll be able to run very soon like before !!" Liam assured her to which Camila just gave him a big smile.

"She will..I know." Shawn who was cooled down now added.

"Oh Mr. Perfect so you are our girl's husband. " Liam stretched his hand as soon as he realised his presence. "Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too dude and congrats.."

Rob snorted at their conversation in jealousy and moved away. Shawn found Liam a nice and cool guy. He liked his energy and the way he didn't hesitate to be very warm and friendly with anyone.

"So you are from Montreal..I am from Montreal too.." Shawn replied at his revelation while Selena and Camila were now intently listening to their conversation as they sat around the table.

"But Sel told me you are from Toronto."

"Oh yeah..I mean I live in Toronto but I borned there..I just moved for work." Camila awkwardly looked away cuz she knew the reality of Shawn but ofcourse didn't want to disclose anything.

"So thats the case..actually I also didn't live in Montreal infact I spent my whole life in LA and then somehow shifted to Miami but my parents used to live there and my grand parents and cousins still live there so I go there maybe once or twice a year." Liam explained. "My cousins did come here from your city..wait Sam!!!!" He called from afar and Shawn's neck turned in the direction of his gaze to find the same girl he had been looking for.

"She is Samantha my cousin..from Montreal." Liam told while the name hit Shawn's head like a truck. Samantha the girl who is the reason Shawn couldn't trust anyone in his life ever after. Now he knew why her smile and her laugh was so known.
