RAGE. It doesn't just appear out of thin air. No. Rage is ignited by someone, they plant the seed of it and you have to carry it. The question is what will you do about it? Either you let it grow and feed it. Or you'll resist and let it die. The choice is yours to make.
REGRET. Doesn't it hurt that you've spent so much time on perfecting a relationship with someone. Only for them to throw it all away, leaving you with deep regret for ever falling for that person.
FORGIVENESS.It's not about forgetting what the person has done to you. It's about seeing past it and finding progress in the one who hurt you. Once they've proven themselves and you're ready, you can move forward together. Not forgetting what split you apart, but embracing it and learning from it everyday.
