infected piercing

please help me istg

so yeah my cartilage piercing was infected

and there's a thingy idk like it appeared there and it's definitely a part of my body idk what is it called but its a round flesh thing just grows the place where my piercing at?

it hurts and i have no idea if it will disappear one day what if it's just there like i grew a fucking meat on my ear like what the fuck

please tell me it will disappear i don't want to do any surgery if possible
