Megan walked into the bedroom and frowned as she saw David as he sat on the bed and looked to him and smiled as she looked to him

"is everything okay" she asked. She felt anxious over the way that he was looking at her

"you tell me. I found these under the bed, I have never seen you wearing these" he said as he held the pair of red thongs. Tom had got her them and it had been what she was wearing as David had almost caught them

"you have been away they are new" she said as he looked to her and sighed. He wasn't an idiot and he knew her

"your a liar. I know that you were in bed and I know who were in bed with him and you are going to end it" David said as Megan sighed

"David" she said as he stood up and walked over to her and slapped her as she fell to the ground.

Megan looked to him in shock. She couldn't actually believe that he had hit her. She was scared and she didn't know what to think over it all. She was scared

"do you understand me" he asked as Megan looked to him and nodded. Megan was shaking and she didn't know what to do but the fact he had hit her terrified her

Megan got to work and stood in the staffroom as Hannah walked in and walked over to her and smiled as she looked to her

"are you okay" Hannah asked, she could see how off Megan was and she could see a bruise on her face which Megan had tried to cover up with make up

"what happened" Hannah asked as Megan looked to her and sighed

"David happened. He knows over me and Tom. He told me to end it" Megan said as Hannah frowned

"no, you need to end it with David, Meg. I can see your eye, I can see the bruise and so can everyone else and once Tom sees. He will do anything for you. Tom is a good guy, David hit you and you need to end it with him" Hannah said as Megan looked up at her with tears in her eyes and smiled

"I can't" Megan said as Hannah took a hold of her hand and smiled

"yes you can and you have to. Look I know you are hurting but he did that to you and if he hit you once what else is he capable of doing to you. Your my best friend and I'm worried" Hannah said as Megan looked to her and smiled knowing how numb she felt

Tom walked into Megan's classroom and looked to her and smiled

"hey are you okay" he asked as she looked to him and smiled

"I guess so. Things are just hard look I think we should keep some distant I need to try and make it work with David I know it's good with us but I am trying to do the right thing" Megan said as Tom nodded

"that's fine as long as your okay, you seem off" Tom said as Megan smiled. She couldn't fully look at him. She knew that she was hiding the bruise David had given her

"Im fine Tom" Megan said as Tom nodded, he walked off and frowned to himself.

He knew he wouldn't to believe Megan but he knew how worried he was over her and knowing how she was pushing him away. Little did Tom know how much Megan was in danger in her own relationship
