|7| Temporary Assistant

"What...? You're joking right?"

He wasn't. He was serious. He requested her to be his assistant without her knowing and now she's his assistant.

"Well, you weren't joking about this..." She mumbled receiving his schedules and now standing beside him. She didn't agree on anything. He showed up at the company and took her away just like that while the others watch him do it.

It kinda bothered her when they just met and yet he's acting like this already. This thing is going too fast.

Some find it suspicious because they know Kazuha wouldn't do something like this. This is actually the first.

Was it because he wanted someone that looks like his first love to be by his side?

Ningguang looks at Kazuha with arms crossed with a questioning look. "Y/n, go outside and talk to Keqing."

"Yes, ma'am." She bowed after sending a glance to Kazuha and leave the room. Soon, a brunette woman wearing a suit came into the room closing the door behind.

"Ah, was that Y/n? Isn't she- wait never mind."

Ningguang glance at Beidou with a sigh before looking back at Kazuha. Kazuha stood there with a calm expression he has always held.

"Kazuha, don't steal my staff away from me. There's plenty of workers in the Crux company but why mine?" She asked.

Beidou stood beside Ningguang staring at their child.

"Who told you to pick her as my assistant that day?" He questioned with an innocent sweet smile.

Beidou looks at Ningguang then realizes he was actually right about this. "Wait, yeah Ningguang. He's right," putting her hands on her hips and staring at Ningguang. "There was no one who would want to take assist Kazuha at that time. So, I assigned Y/n to do the job." She said putting down the paper she was holding.

Kazuha raise his eyebrow at his mother and chuckled. "Dear mother, I don't need an assistant. I'm an idol after all. We don't need assistants." He exclaimed.

Ningguang grinned at his statement.

"Then, you don't need Y/n! I'll tell Y/n that her job as your assistant is done now." Kazuha has his eyes wide with mouth agape. Staring at his mother as she proudly smiles. Beidou beside him tried to hold in her laugh.

She put on those close-eyes smile ready to go out and meet the h/c girl.

Before, Ningguang could open the door to meet the young girl he stopped her. "W-wait! I need Y/n." He said in a confident way making Ningguang turned with a smirk. "You do? But you guys just met," she said.

Beidou looks at her kid and sat on one of the sofas. "She's like her and I may sound crazy and this doesn't sound like me at all but, I need her," Kazuha begged.

"Kid, you have to move on from her. Someone that looks exactly like her isn't gonna work."

"What if it will?" He asked.

"3 months," Ningguang said with a conclusion.

Kazuha perked up and looks at her. "She'll be your assistant for 3 months only. Then, I'm taking her back," smiling at the boy. He grinned at his mom. He was happy at the news.

No one can replace you because you stay in me,
I'm starting to let you go and find another one,
I won't catch feelings,
It's still my fault that you're dead.

The season has bloom and spring falls
A new fate has arrived upon the seasons.
