I slip on my grey slippers as I make my out of my bedroom door and down the stairs. I try not to miss any steps on the way down.

Once I reached the bottom floor, I open up my pantry as I grab my ramen noodles. I make my way towards the kettle and heat up the water.

I grab my phone and check my messages to see if my boss has texted me, about the new magazine I'm meant to be in but keeps getting postponed.

I look for her contact and see 5 new messages.

I groan before turning off my phone, and slipping it into my hoodie pocket.

I love my job, I do. Great money in all but it gets quite annoying when everything gets postponed constantly...

I make my noodles, and take a seat on my couch as I pull my legs up towards my chest and blow the noodles.

I grab my TV remote and turn on the television. I go onto netflix and click on 'Sex Education' and begin watching from where I was up too.
