Something seemed off and Adrianna was determined to get to the bottom of the truth.

It was the next day after having met with Jason the previous night, after delivering the document Jason had promised to start an investigation on Victor Downey and Fabio Suarez, he would have them arrested by the end of the day no matter what. But something else had prevented Adrianna from getting any sleep last night and this morning she had come searching for answers.

When Adrianna arrived at the school, all the doors were locked meaning classes and practices had already started but since she was on leave that wasn't an issue for her. Knowing her way around Adrianna located the practice room which the orchestra was using to get ready for their final presentation, it was a very large room almost as big as their theatre and it took a while for Adrianna to identify the instructor.

"Mr. Denver?" Adrianna called out to a young man who looked to be in his late twenties with short blonde hair and dark grey eyes.

"Yes." The man answered as he gave Adrianna a curious glance.

"Good morning sir, my name is Adrianna Michelson, I'm a student here in the art department." Adrianna introduced herself and the instructor nodded along waiting to know why she was here. "I'm sorry to bother you like this but I was hoping to speak to one of your students, her name is Sophia, she's part of the orchestra."

"Why, is it an emergency?" The instructor asked and his words made Adrianna feel a little better, he had basically acknowledged that there was a Sophia in the orchestra, maybe her worries were for nothing after all.

"Yes, it kind of is, can I speak to her please?" Adrianna requested and the instructor gave her one last look before walking over to the group at the far end of the room and Adrianna turned her back as she waited by the door for Sophia to arrive.

"Excuse me, I heard you were looking for me?" A voice asked from behind and Adrianna turned to face the person and felt her heart falter for a moment when she locked eyes on the person standing in front of her.

"Are you Sophia?" Adrianna asked hesitantly, she had never met the girl standing in front of her and this was definitely not the Sophia that was sharing a room in their apartment.

"Yes, I'm Sophia, who are you?" The girl asked confused and Adrianna lightly shook her head to clear away her confusion.

"You're Sophia, there's no one else that goes by that name here?" Adrianna asked again just to be sure.

"No there isn't, what's this about?" The girl asked giving Adrianna a strange look.

"It's nothing, I must have gotten the wrong department." Adrianna muttered hurriedly and then rushed out of the room, past the school halls until she was outside, and then hailed down a cab, that was when she let her thoughts run wild.

What's this, what was happening? Why was there a girl pretending to be one of the students in their school living in their apartment? What did the fake Sophia hope to gain from all this and why was she doing it, was she perhaps the one sending Adrianna the threatening messages? But most importantly, what was the real identity of the Sophia living in their apartment?

All these thoughts ran through her head throughout the drive back home, Adrianna was so distracted that she didn't even realize when she walked into her apartment and ended up in her room. She slid down on her bedroom floor her back against the bed as she let out a deep sigh and hung her head.

What was she supposed to do with this information now, how was she supposed to figure out who the fake Sophia was and why she was here? If she confronted her, would Adrianna be able to get the truth out of her? Adrianna bombarded herself with another round of questioning but then her laptop pinged with an email and she looked up before standing to her feet and walking over to her desk.
