TAOS FUN FACTS I GUESS

Fun Facts:

Fun Fact: The first drawing of Skip was ugly and I vowed to never draw him again- but I broke that promise and I drew him again, colored him on a digital art platform and now I love him.

Fun Fact: Skip's first original place to live was called The Land Far away, but then was later changed to Zurropia! (Inspired by the Trollstopia name)

Fun Fact: Skip can live in water and on land just like many other creatures on their island can! (Well some of then can't but there are three known species that can so far)

Fun Fact: The first fanfic Skip was originally supposed to be in was mainly a Trolls fanfic, but that was later scrapped and his first REAL appearance ended up being in TAOS (The Adventures of Skip)

Fun Fact: Skip was cursed as a child by his species's greatest enemy. Since he was too young to know why, he just assumes he was born with his curse since he had no parents to tell him why he was this way at certain times.

Fun Fact: Skip and Piper were the first ever rulers of two species at once and their child Ray was the first ever mix of an Anela and a Zurro Dragon, making her an Anura Dragon. (Piper is an Anela)

Fun Fact: Since Ray is genuinely a happy and upbeat creature, I decided to name her Ray after 'A Ray of Sunshine' :)

Fun Fact: All the species names for these creatures are made up and they came from Google Translating certain words to different languages.

Fun Fact: Many scenes in TAOS are song inspired, for example Chapter 4 with Lola, Eclipse, and Viola singing Hard Knock Life.
Fun Fact: TAOS is my first actively updated story.

Fun Fact: Pepper was originally supposed to be a sort of good guy sidekick since she looked so sweet and innocent, but I decided to mix things up a bit later on and make her evil. She was also mainly supposed to be Skip's best friend, but I changed her to be his enemy.

Fun Fact: Ray was originally supposed to have 2 other siblings, but they were scrapped since I thought it would be better if there were less characters to worry about. :)

Fun Fact: Skip was originally supposed to be one of Branch's companions in my scrapped fanfiction Trolls: Far From Home. But, later after I noticed that the story was a bust, and since I loved him so much, I decided to give him a story of his own!

Fun Fact: Pepper was stolen when she was a baby by The Attack Leader, and he'd turned her evil in the meantime

Fun Fact: Taos is heavily inspired by Trolls World Tour, given all the musical numbers, the back story, having evil ancestors who had divided all of the creatures, you get the point. Piper is supposed to have more of a Poppy type role in the story, given that she wants to go fix everything, while on the other hand, Skip has more of a Branch perspective, given that he thinks it's too dangerous for her to go by herself (Also cause he has a crush on her- like Branch does for Poppy lol). And Nova is more of a Biggie-ish background character.

Fun Fact: The creatures DON'T actually live with the trolls. Though some of my oneshots might say otherwise, those are just my extra TAOS AUs (Alternate Universes) where they do live with the trolls and not just by themselves. So, that means they aren't really canon to the story itself, they're just for fun. :)

Fun Fact: The original idea for the Zurro Dragon's floating gem ears was that they were there to prevent them from going insane. And when anyone touched them, they'd break making the Zurro Dragon go insane. So, because of this they had to come of with a clever way to make others not touch them. But later on I thought this was stupid and decided to make them just for accsesory.

Fun Fact: In concept art, Skip was originally supposed to be turned insane in a lab.

Fun Fact: Skip was originally supposed to live deep in a Coral Forest near an under water Troll civilization. The way he was originally supposed to be introduced was where Poppy and Branch got lost trying to find that civilization and end up finding Skip first instead. (FROM TROLLS: FAR FROM HOME)

Fun Fact: This is each character I came up with in order of the days they were created: Skip, Pepper, Piper, Rainbeem (Rainbow Beem, also scrapped), Nova, The Attack Leader, Aqua, Lola, Eclipse, and Viola (so far-)
