White petals

Nights like these never allows me to sleep tiring my body seems the only way to dream
For which I wish the sunrays to never hit my eyes,
And the times I cried all the nightmares were alive,
I have let this glass heart break for a thousand reasons
Yet again roses have bloomed in this garden filling the red to flow inside my vein
But then I had wished for the white petals to fall over my body
Leaving behind the thorns it carried
Thought for a moment I was in a deep sleep looked like the pain had sunked in
But then opened up my watery eyes with the sun roaring high

~you gave me the red left me with no hue and now this blood red wants the neutral new.
