This was after all a month long trip. Gampo had stayed in Leh now for 15 days. He has made new friends there who have made him feel at home. One them was a little girl called Oni. She would bring him food when he was hungry and they would chat about a lot of things over the meal. He had learnt a great deal about Ladakhi culture and Tibetan Buddhism from her. It was almost inconceivable to Gampo that, for a girl of her age, she knows so much, even about her own culture. But she was bright child, Gampo thought.
