Those past month have been very cold. Everyday is the same, wake up, make breakfast, him not eating and went to work. Then at night he would come home drunk and would always call me 'Akane-san'. Everything would be Akane this Akane that.

Present

Y/N's POV

I'm here sitting at the patio looking at the garden full of flowers. Kokonoi is inside watching television. I then got the sudden urge of going out with him. I went inside and asked, " Hey Koko I uhm wanna wait uhh-" "Just speak it out" he cut me off with an annoyed tone. "Wanna go out? I'm bored staying inside. Besides, we never went out together," I said.

"No-" "Please?" "Y/N I said n-" "Just this once?" I said with pleading eyes. He sighed, "Fuck, fine!"

"Yay! Ok let me get ready," I rushed upstairs and got ready. I was very excited about this because he never really like going out with me cuz he thinks my presence is too annoying for him. I decided to wear the dress that I bought months ago since I haven't wore it yet.

"Y/N! Let's go already!" he screamed from downstairs. "In a minute!" I screamed back. Checking myself for the last time before going downstairs. "What took you so long? Geez," he said. " You still look hideous anyways" he continued before going out to start the car.

Damn, that hurts. Oh how badly I wanted to cry but it will be just a waste of time and effort on this simple yet elegant makeup look.

"Wahhh!! Koko look at that shop! It's so pretty!!" I exclaimed before looking at Koko who is pretty annoyed. "What are you waiting for? Cmon Koko let's go!" about to drag him, he immediately slapped my hand away. "Don't touch me!" he warned before walking into the shop.

What a tsundere! I thought following him inside

"Hey Koko look at this dress, isn't it pretty?!" I said while showing him the dress. "Would look good on Akane-san" he muttered thinking I wouldn't heard it. I ignored what he said and continued to walk around the shop.

Woah...look at that dress I thought to myself

"Koko I'll be using the fitting room for a while," I said. No answers. Mehh maybe he's just ignoring me.

Trying on the dress and then looking at myself in the mirror. Ok, I look drop-dead gorgeous might as well show this to Koko.

With full confidence, I walked out of the room and found Koko sitting on the couch. "Look, Koko! It fits me perfectly!" I said with an excited tone thinking he would be very stunned. He looked at me and said "Akane would be a lot prettier in that dress than you. Also, have you been gaining weight?"

and that's how my world crashed
