Chapter 1{ Moving to china}

Asami's pov

I was continuing packing the rest of the things I need and few minites me and my mom would move to china due to her being transfered.

" asami, You ready, We have to meet up with your aunt and Dre in the airport any time now," She said, " I know mom!," I said and grabbed my bag and walked out of my old room.

' Goodbye detriot, Hello china,' I thought and saw mom getting her things.

" You ready?," i nodded, We walked out of our old apartment and went to get the taxi.

" So, Mom, Why do me and dre don't look the same even if were cousins?," I asked.

" Sweetheart, It's because your father was chinese, He left me because of you being half, You were born in china but you grew up here, No matter what you are Dre's cousin, alright?," I nodded. I was still shocked of the truth.

" here we are in the airport, Let's go!," I nodded and grabbed my bags.

" Hi Sherry!, You remember Asami right?," Charity asked, " Yes!, Well look at you, all grown up just dre is," Aunt Sherry said.

" hi Aunt sherry, Hey Dre," I said and waved at him. " Hey, Asami, Long time no see," Dre said and flick my forehead.

" com'on now kids, We can't miss this flight!," Aunt sherry said.

Third person's pov

The flight to china was quiet and Dre and his mother were practicing Chinese while Asami and her mother were also practicing or more like reviewing, Since both of them know Chinese already.

" Asami, Sweetie Were here now, Let's go," Charity said, Asami got up and get her bag.

" mrs. Paker!," They heard a chinese women who is supposed to be their guide.

" Oh it's parker," Sherry said, " oh, Appologize mrs. Parker, Welcome to beijing," She said. They then got to the van going to their apartment. Beverly hills( I hope I spelled it correct, feel free to correct me in the comments).

" Here we are, Dre, Beverly hills, You always like living here," sherry said. " no, I think it was the other one," Dre said.

" I have a good feeling about this," Sherry said, " so, We'll go to our room now and maybe Dre and Asami can go play in the park," Charity said.

" Oh, that' a great idea," Sherry said, Asami and Dre got their bags out when a young boy helped them.

" You must be the new guy in 305, I'm harry and is she your sister?," He asked.

" oh, Were cousins," Dre said. " Oh, sorry, I thought you were siblinga you because I didn't see the family resemblence." Harry said.

" asami! Com'on let's get in our room," Charity said, Asami ran to her mom getting in the elevator.
