Vincent rode into the city.

He parked his bike in front of the Hudson River.

He looked up at the stars and felt at peace.

Vincent's bike had been vandalized.

One of the wheels had been sliced off, and the other one had a long, deep gash.

He walked over to the bike and took off the chains.

He picked up a tire iron and walked back toward the house.

He didn't notice the person walking in the woods behind him until he almost walked into him.

He turned around and saw a man carrying a crossbow and wearing a black hooded coat.

"It's over," said the man.

"My dad says we have to be quiet.

He said he wouldn't be surprised if Leo showed up.

I've got a crossbow and I'm ready to do what he says.

Come on."

"Who are you?" asked Vincent.

"Who am I?

I'm a serial killer.

I only kill people that I love."

"Leo?" asked Vincent, "You're kidding."

"Nope, I'm a real sicko.

I can't have Leo because he loves you Vincent.

There's no room in Leo's heart for me.

So, I have to kill him."

"You can't kill Leo.

Why are you doing this?"

"Do you have any idea how much pleasure I get out of killing?

Doesn't he seem like a great guy to you?

Doesn't he seem like the guy you would want to hang out with?

He's going to lose his parents, and the both of you will be left alone to fend for yourselves."

"What happened to them?" asked Vincent.

"I didn't kill them," said the man.

"I couldn't do it.

If I could have killed the parents, I would have killed Leo's parents years ago.

They had an affair with my mom.

They murdered her and left me for dead."

"I don't understand."

"Just listen to me," said the man.

"Your mother wanted to leave my dad.

So, she bought a ticket to go see you.

My dad tried to make her change her mind, but she wouldn't listen.

She wasn't going to live under my dad's roof anymore."

"Your dad's in jail, isn't he?" asked Vincent.

"Not anymore.

He just had some minor medical issues.

I watched him kick the crap out of your father.

He didn't get out of jail for another week."

"Is your dad in the hospital?" asked Vincent.
