After what I talked to Cordelia I couldn't stop thinking about how strong she is, this is one of the characteristics I most admire about her, her strength. In addition to all the events of the day before, one thing still worries me: Hank. Where is he? He hasn't been seen since I kicked him out of here and I won't lie, I wish he was at that meeting with the company's directors.
A few days since this event, we received another witch here, Misty Day. She is so sweet and since she is older than the other girls, she and I became friends. She really likes the greenhouse and I've always been telling her about the crazy stories Cordelia and I live there, I even taught her some spells. Most of the time she prefers to stay there enjoying her own company, so when I have time I will always check in Cordelia to see if she is alright. I've been taking care of her a lot lately, although I haven't even touched her.
We also find out that Fiona killed Maddison, who has now managed to come back to life thanks to Misty and her magical mud. Cordelia was furious when she found out and Fiona just disappeared, luckily Myrtle was here and she's been helping Cordelia a lot, especially when it comes to vent.
Maddison is not very well because of the previously events, sometimes I hear her crying in her room and most of the times I enter there and hug her until she falls asleep, she pretends she doesn't like it but deep down she knows that it's all she needs. The girls always look for me for comfort or to have at least someone to listen to them, they don't want to throw any more problems at Cordelia's back and they know how her mental state is right now. I love these girls and would do anything to protect them, just like Delia.
I was in my room this morning and decided to change to go down for breakfast, when I took off my shirt, I was frozen where I was, in front of the big mirror. That bra I was wearing brought up all those bad memories again, memories I wish I could erase from my mind forever.
I could feel his heavy hands gripping me and I could still see some marks he left on my body. Tears started to run uncontrollably down my face and I felt a panic take over my body. Suddenly the door open revealing the only one Cordelia Goode.
She couldn't see me, but she could hear my sobs.
"Oh my god Mel are you okay? I decided to come check on you since you were late for breakfast and you were never of that, what happened?" - I can hear the noise of her cane increasing, meaning she is getting closer.
"I need to talk to you... about something that I can't hide from you anymore Cordelia. Please sit down" - she made her way to the edge of my bed and I sit beside her.
"I need you to touch my hand Cordelia, I think it's better if you see what happened" - I say between sobs, I'm ready.
"Are you sure Mel?"
"Yes! I'm sure!" - I said with a confidence that I didn't even know where it came from.
I put my hand in her lap and she touched it gently but soon squeezing it tightly as the memories started to come.
Cordelia's POV:
I'm having a vision, I'm getting to see a memory but this time, it's a specific moment. I can feel her pain, her panic, her anguish at that time just for the few seconds I entered her mind. She was scary and she did something bad for sure but something even worst happened to her either.
I'm in an office, many tables around me with many people working, everything is very clear by the amount of windows that are in the place. In front of me, I'm seeing some private rooms and in one of them I can see Melanie, dressed in formal clothes and super focused on paperwork.
