Lost girl. My coworkers called me lost girl
But I never knew what it meant
I uprooted my life to start over
Wouldn't that make me anything but lost?
Yet the nickname stuck through and through
More and more schemes agreed
From Verizon to my bestest friends
I had no chance in the end.
Lost Girl. I knew where I was going but not how
In that diminish came my greatest downfall
Petals so nice died upon
No more house, time ticks to quick
No more life I knew
Lost it all in an air-b-n
A type of housing for vacations and emergencies
150 dollars gone for three days
Not even a luxuries day
But all ends I guess
You do what you need and not look back again
