Why write reviews?
First, reviewing other's work will develop my critiquing skill, which I can apply to my own works. Second, as this is time-consuming work, I hope to make a moderate income out of it. Of course it won't be anything astounding, but it will keep me motivated to continue reviewing your work!
What qualifies you to review my book?
Let's just say I'm a bit of a book nerd. I've read hundreds of well-written books. My own writing skill in comparison doesn't measure up to those standards, I know. If I did a review on my own book, I'd probably not pass the examination. Then again, I would never be satisfied because I believe one never stops learning.
So I guess I don't have a right at all. But I do know what's good, what's in between, and what's bad.
How do I enter a book for review?
Go to the chapter called Entry Page and comment with the required fields filled out.
What's in a review?
Honest, constructive feedback and advice on your story! Each review includes the following aspects:
• Title
• Cover
• Blurb
• First Impression
• Beginning
• Plot
• Characters
• Writing Technique
• Tips (for improvement)
• Final Impression
What about after the review?
