Scarlett's P.O.V

Carlos and I get to an area next to the river. It had a picnic table with some of our favorite food. "You remembered my favorite food" I asked him as we sat down. "Well, yeah why wouldn't I" He said to me? "I thought you never noticed these little things about me" I said to Carlos. "Well, I do pay attention" Carlos says to me. We started to eat and talk about little things about what we love about Auradon. When we finish, we go to the end of the river. I take my boots off and he takes off his shoes. Then, we sit down next to each other with our feet in the water. 

Carlos proceeds to splash me with water with his feet. And I do it right back to him. We start to laugh. We're having so much fun and then he leaned in. I leaned in too but then Carlos gets up. He looks at his phone and his face saddens. "I forgot I told Jay I would meet up with him" He says to me. "It's fine. I'm just gonna sit here" I say to him. He kisses my cheek and leaves. 

Scarlett: A million thoughts in my head. Should I let my hear keep listening? Cause up 'til now, I've walked the line. Nothing lost but something missing. I can't decide what's wrong, what's right, which way should I go? (Starts to walk through woods) If only I knew what my heart was telling me, don't know what I'm feeling. Is this just a dream? (Gets to the tourney field and walks it) Every step, every word, with every hour I'm feeling in. To something new, something brave, to someone I've never been. I can't decide what's wrong, what right. Which way do I go? If only I knew what my heart was telling me, don't know what I'm feeling. Is this just a dream? Ah oh, yeah. If only I could read the signs in front of me. I could find the way to who I'm meant to be. Ah oh, if only. Yeahhhh! (Stands on the bleachers) Am I crazy? Maybe, we could happen! Yeah. I sit on the bleachers and wipe the tears away. I never felt this way before. My father always told me to conceal these emotions. They will cloud your judgement. Is this what he meant? Maybe, I should've never spelled Carlos. Then I wouldn't be so scared to lose him. I get up and head to my room.

*Scarlett's Room*

I undress and put my pajamas on. Then I hear a knock at my door. I open it and see Evie. "So, how'd it go" Evie asks me? "It went good" I said. She looks at me with concern written all over her face. "What happened" Evie asks sitting down on my bed. I sigh and sit next to her. "Everything was going great and then he grabbed his phone. Then proceeded to tell me he had to go meet up with Jay right before we were about to kiss" I say without taking a breath. "Wow, I didn't see Carlos with Jay. I seen him talking with Ben and it seemed serious" Evie explains to me. "Must've been about Tourney" I said not caring. "Probably, Mal said her's went good too. But she went to sleep right after. If you want, I can stay with you tonight" Evie says trying to comfort me. I shook my head 'no' and she nodded. 

Then she got up and left my room. I started to think about how Carlos lied to me about Jay. I start to get more angry and I throw my book at the mirror on my door. It shatters and that's when I see my brown eyes are a golden yellow. What the hell is going on? Then I notice, I have fangs! Then, everything went black. 

*Next Morning*

I wake up on the floor. I sit up and rub my head. What happened last night? Then I remember everything and shake the feelings off. Just have to focus on school today. I got this!

*Remedial Goodness 101*

I'm talking with the girls, when Fairy Godmother walks in. We continue talking until she says "Children, excuse me". We all stop and look at her. "Um, as you know, uh, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep. And because your parents can't be here due to, uh, distance, we've arranged for a special treat" She says as pushes a TV in front of us. Then proceeds to turn it on. When the image pops up it's our parents.
