Aren't we all falling?
Despair's lonely course solemnly singing,
How my anguish was met hand in hand,
For your warmth was a quiet land,
How we danced in unison slowly,
Passing overhead storms that know me,
I hold between your sigh, and I love this,
Descending eyes we wake with passion in our kiss,
Your colors are an array I have not seen the likes of,
What is better than a quiet view, but with the one whom you love,
Your waking spirit is lovely,
"Come into me and know me,"
As your words pass by my former self,
I dismantle away from myself,
My steps are longing, they are power invoking,
As I carry you gently, you are everything,
I'll lay you sweetly onto leaves unfolding,
For there is fire in between slowly but building,
We are passion ready to set fire,
You are the answered prayer from my inner desire,
I drift now like thunder in the midst of dark clouds moving,
I hover just above you, your lips as silk, so soothing,
There is motion between us and we are one,
We gaze at all stars, are not each one their own sun?
You are the gracious movement that stills me,
In repose, I now find that I am free,
Aren't we all still from where we fell?
I would wish for you endlessly at every well,
How my heart was held in the warmth of your hands,
Every grain is my love, be enveloped in these sands.
