Chapter 10

           - When are you going to tell Bunny for ....... you know? - Tooth asked Shelley and put hand of her stomach. Shelley was pregnant with twins in the second month and so far of all the Guardians only Tooth knew about it, but she wasn't ready to tell Bunny yet

           - Still don't know. I'm waiting for the right moment - Shelley said to her and Tooth nodded in understanding

           - Ellie would be happy to be an older sister - Tooth said with a smile as Shelley just nodded. The other Guardians returned and they fell silent and passed through the rooftops.  Bunny was jumping, Ellie on his back, North was running, and Tooth, Shelley, Sandy, and Jack were flying. Shelley and Sandy spotted a still awake child from a window and waved at him, and he looked at them in shock

In Pitch's lair

       A nightmare flew into Pitch's lair and stood beside him

           - The lights ...... Why aren't they going out? - Pitch asked angrily as he circled the globe and then his nightmare muttered something - What ?! They're collecting the teeth - he said and the baby teeth that were closed in the cages fluttered with happiness and smiled with relief - Oh, pipe down or l'll stuff a pillow with you - he yelled at them. The nightmare tilted its head and approached him, and he turned to him and growled at him, frightening him and turned it to dust, forming a figure of Sandy 

           - Fine, have your last hurrah. For tomorrow, all you pethetic scrambling will be for nothing - he said and crushed the image of Sandy

Shelley P.O.V

      Now we were in America to our last destination and we reached my favorite boy, Jamie Bennett. Me, Tooth, my daughter, Jack and Dawn were in his room. Dawn stood on the bed and crawled over to Jamie, watching him sleep, Jack watching the drawing, hanging on the wall Jamie was painted, I looked at the toys I had given him with Ellie in my arms, and Tooth took his tooth

           - Left central incisor, knocked out in a freak sledding accident. l wonder who that could've happened, Jack - she said with a smile and looked at him

           - Kids, huh? - Jack laughed innocently. She ran a coin through her fingers, knowing it was him. We heard a noise behind us. I turned and they turned out to be Ellie's pets and Razzle and Dazzle. She jumped away from me and opened a tunnel to hell, through which they passed. She turned to me and jumped into my arms again

           - Well done, my little bunny - l said to her and snapped my fingers to appeared a carrot in my hand and her little green eyes lit up and with her little hands she held it and ate it, making me giggle. l looked at Jack and Tooth, which was fluttered over sleeping Jamie

           - Why did l ever stop doing this? - Tooth asked herself 

           - It's a little different up close, huh? - Jack asked her and she looked at him

           - Thanks for being here, Jack. l wish l'd known about your memory - she said and putted her arm on his shoulder - l could've helped you 

           - Yeah .... well, look let's just get you taken care of. Then it's Pitch turn - Jack said.  Then we heard a grunt and turned to the window. Then we heard a murmur and turned to the window to see the North struggling to pass through it

           - Here you are - he said. I left Ellie on the edge of the bed and went to help North. As he crept into the room, Sandy and a baby tooth came in after him - Thanks, Shelley 

           - Shh! - said Tooth, pointing at the sleeping Jamie

           - Oh! - North softly whispers - What gives, slowpokes? How you feeling, Tooth? 

           - Believed in - Tooth said with a big smile and he laughed quietly. I smiled too, because I saw the smile on her face again

           - That's what l like to hear - North said, making her giggled. Then I felt the floor beneath me disappear and for a moment I found myself in the arms of my husband

           - Did you had to do that? - l asked Bunny and he just smiled

           - I did it on purpose - he said and jumped out of the tunnel and put me down - On, l see how it is ..... All workin' together to make sure the rabbit gets last place

           - Shhh! - we all, except scolded him causing him to tremble and raise his hands

           - You think l need hepl to beat a bunny? - Jack sked him and and pulled out his bag of teeth - Check it out, Peter Cottontail

            - You call that a bag of choppers? - Bunny asked him and he showed our common bag with teeth more big than Jack's - Now that's a bag of choppers - I smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek, but then North intervened

            - Ladies and Gentelmen! This is about Tooth! it's not a competition, but if it was ..... - he said and threw his bag on the floor - l win! YEEEEEEEEEEHAW! 

       Suddenly a strong lantern pointed at us. We turned and saw the already awake Jamie

           - Oh, no - murmured North, but it was too late

           - Santa Claus? - Jamie said

           - The Easter Bunny? - Bunny nervious laugh and nodded

           - Sandman - Sandy smiled and waved at him

           - The Tooth Fairy. l knew you'd come - then he aimed the flashlight at me and his face lit up - Sharllene Magne - he exclaimed and jumped straight from the bed into my arms and l giggled nervous

           - Miss you too - I said and smiled at him, and he hugged me across the neck. The others watched in shock as I put Jamie back in bed - I am his babysitter and he know about my personal life - I put him on the bed and he played with Dawn. And as soon as he noticed Ellie gasped and hugged her

           - Wait, he can see her? But how? - Jack asked me

           - Well, l'm semi demon semi deity, semi succubus and even if the children don't believe in me, they can still see me and she seems to have inherited this trait from me - I explained and sat on the bed

           - So, he can see us? - Jack asked us

           - Most of us - Bunny said

           - Shh, you guys - Tooth said and put her arm up to block the light - He's still awake
