If she actually existed, I would've literally ripped off her goddamn pigtails. I would hate her so much, she has such an annoying personality bro.
but as a fictional character however...
I will say, I like her more than other characters. She's of course, not my favorite but she's not the worst ever. Her character is interesting and entertaining to watch. Her voice is annoying and hurts my ears a bit but that's the point, so the creators did a really good job designing her!
As a person, I give her a 2/10
but as a character, 5/10
