Chapter 19 - Glitches

"Actually before Izuku goes on with his morph, there are a few things we need to address." Adam intervenes as Sky steps up.

"First, as you might know, we still haven't seen anyone from SPD yet. And the reason is that we're still in the process of finding candidates for our team." Sky tells them.

"Second, some of you have to leave tomorrow for the excavation for Zords so please be ready by 0500 hours. We have a flight scheduled for 0630. I'll name the people that will be leaving, first the entirety of Dino Charge Team and Izuku. So please be ready. Also, the mystic force team will be acting as transport since conventional methods take time, time that we, unfortunately, do not have."

"Izuku, you don't have to do the morph. We can try this some other time." Tommy tells the boy.

"Nah, I think I'll be fine; besides I can probably go through all the dino thunder morphs and then some more." Izuku said, confidently.

"I wouldn't be so sure, repeated morphing takes up a lot of energy and can have negative impacts on the body." Jason tells the boy.

"I don't feel anything, we'll see when we get to the point where I'm too tired to continue." Izuku said.

"Your wish kid but be careful." Jason told him. "Everybody get back, this morphing sequence might be different, we have no idea what will happen since the dino gems have combined into one."

"Alright, lets see what you're made of." Izuku said, staring at the bracelet on his hand. Bringing his hand up, much like Kira did, transformed the bracelet into a morpher

"Dino thunder!" Electricity of multiple colours starts to crackle as Izuku presses the red button on the device.

"Power Up!" The electricity increases, now surrounding Izuku's body.

"HA!" Izuku shouts, pressing the final button, the electricity now forming large bolts around his body, shocking him.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" Izuku shouts in agony as the morphing sequence continues, with Izuku going from red to yellow to blue forms repeatedly. Even the other morphed individuals started to feel the backlash from Izuku's morphing sequence as their suits started to glitch.

"Izuk.. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! Ochako shouts in pain as she flickers between her morphed and base state.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH." The rest of the morphed students/pros shout feeling the pain from the backlash of Izuku's morph sequence. Saba appears to Tommy's side, floating beside him.

"Tommy, the grid is overloading. And all that grid energy is going through that boy." Saba informs his previous owner.

"I can feel that." Tommy says as he looks around to see every morphed individual on their knees in pain as their suits continued to glitch. "ALPHA!!!! OVERRIDE MORPHING SEQUENCE: CODE 11!" Tommy shouts over to the robot.

"Overriding morphing sequence. Activating Code 11." Alpha says in a robotic voice. "All morphed rangers will now demorph and return to their civilian clothes."

While everyone starts to demorph, including Tommy and his team, while the more experienced rangers didn't feel a lot of strain from the forced demorph, some members of the newly formed ranger teams did, passing out from the exhaustion.

The only one that didn't morph was Izuku, who was still cycling between the 3 dino thunder ranger suits, with the Drago ranger suit showing up in between at irregular intervals.

"Stop this... someone... please!!!" Izuku shouts, clearly in pain.

"TOMMY!!! HELP HIM!!" Ochako shouts at the former green dragon ranger, struggling to get up.

"Alpha, what's happening with him?" Jason asks.

"The morpher forced 4 rangers worth of grid energy rather than 3 like we were expecting." Alpha explains. "If he was going the transformation that we had expected, then the chance of him getting hurt was much less." He explains.

"How could we have missed this!!!" Doc K shouts at no one in particular. "The white gem was right there, and we assumed that it didn't combine because of that extra crystal."

"We can dissect what happened later, how do we save him?" Kendal asks.

"There might be one way for us to save him." Kira says. "But it might be dangerous."

"Lets hear it." Tommy responds, not taking his eyes off Izuku. "It might be tone only way for us to help him."

"Tommy, we'll need to take that morpher from him." Kira says. "We're the only ones that will be able to do that since our morphers work on the same frequency as his."

"On three then." Tommy says, morphing into the Black Dino Thunder Ranger.

"1...." Kira counts down, going into her super dino mode.

"2..." Tommy says entering his super dino mode.

"3!" The two charge at Izuku, with Kira grabbing Izuku. As the grid starts to channel its energy through the two of them, Tommy comes in grabbing Izuku's arm, trying to deactivate the morpher.

The grid stabilizes as it passes through 3 people.

"We still can't remove it!!" Tommy shouts when a fourth hand is placed on Izuku's hand.

"Try now." All Might says, temporarily holding his buff form as blood dripped from the side of his mouth.

"A-All Might!" Cementoss and a few of the unmorphed teachers exclaim.

"A... Al... All M... Mi... Might." Izuku manages to mutter as Tommy pulls the morpher off him.

"DONE!" Tommy shouts as he tosses the bracelet to Alpha so it could be studied later.

Izuku falls into Kira and All Might's arms, unconscious sweating profusely.

"D-Deku?" Ochako says, trying to get up, her body still in pain.

"Don't strain yourself. He's just unconscious," Nick says, as Ochako sees the rangers helping the students sit. "Just like Kira and that All Might guy. I must say didn't expect him to go all buff like that."

"Yeah, it was a surprise for us too when he showed his true form to the world a few months ago while fighting a SS rank villain." Ochako says, breathing slightly heavily.

"He must have been one hell of a hero if he was able to help Izuku that way without a connection to the grid like Tommy or Kira." Nick says.

"He was the best." Katsuki says, barely being able to stand on his feet. "Got injured long ago while fighting the same SS rank villain and ever since then he's been like that."

"By any chance was it that All For One guy or whatever?" Nick asks.

"Yeah, Helmet Freak." Katsuki answers. "But we'll beat him one day."

"You will, but for now, go rest. We'll take care of Izuku and the one you call All Might." Nick says, helping Ochako up. "Take her with you to the dorms."

"WHO DO I LOOK LIKE? SOME SORT OF SERVENT!!!!!" Katsuki shouts at Nick for him and Ochako to chuckle.
