ANTHEIA WAS OFTEN THOUGHT TO BE THE WEAKEST of the Eternals. They all thought it, no matter how hard they'd all tried to hide it from her. For how could a girl as humble and gentle as she was, be half as ruthless as the rest of them? The girl was quite literally happiness in a nutshell. She was not made to be a fighter. She would smile and every wilted flower would rejuvenate itself, she would laugh and birds would sing in harmony, she would dance and people swore that blossoms and plants would sprout around her feet and dance alongside her.

And yet, this made her weak in their eyes. As if she couldn't slaughter deviants, as if she couldn't do her job, as if her kindness, her gentleness would be her own downfall.

But he did not agree. He saw the power in her eyes, the fierce protectiveness she possessed, he saw the love, the joy, the happy, the sad.

He saw her for who she was, maybe that's why he found himself falling for the naïve girl who had no idea of how he felt about her.
