You finally got back home you had groceries hands for snacks and for dinner just in case you got inside to see tali wasn't on the couch
Y/n: tail I'm back
You put groceries on the counter
Y/n: tali?
You went around the house to find her in your room with the wooden box next to her as she looks through the scrap book

Tali: oh umm I was just....
Y/n: looking through my stuff without me knowing?

She said in a defeated tone she looked pretty sad even ashamed of herself

Tali: well curiosity got the better of me so I wanted to who you were before now
Y/n: tali you could have just asked I would have talked to you
Tali: I'm starting to see that now sorry
Y/n: it's ok I forgive you
You hug her which takes her by surprise but she hugs back after a minute of hugging you booth let go
Y/n: so what did you want to know
Tali: well for one (grabs the wooden box) who's are these
Y/n:...these were my parents wedding rings after they died they left these to me I don't know why they gave them to me but I keep them here for one day if I find that special girl I want to marry
Tali:well whoever you marry will be a lucky girl
Y/n:thanks tali (grabs scrap book) my old photos (looks at first day of preschool) I remember that day god I was a mess first day I tripped god knows how many times and embarrassed myself in front of the class and ran out crying

It show a young you sitting in isolation away from everyone one sobbing to yourself with nothing but the empty hallways around you
