Y/n pov (dream)
I opened my (color) eyes and what greet me was a clear blue sky, slowly I stood up and observe my surroundings, after looking around for a while, sunflowers only sunflower, a endless maze of sunflower
"Who am I". I thought to myself as I walked around
"Think".......
"Y/N L/N". I reminded myself
"Wasn't I with the flame hashira, and I helped rengoku-kin survive uppermoon 3 attack"? I said
"How did I ended up here".
"Y/n......a soft voice said
I flinch as i pull my sword out, but what I saw was a boy with brown hair and yellow eyes smiling softly at me
"Who are you". I asked him
"Your brother". He said walking toward me
"My brother........"? I thought
"Y/n i have limited time here, I will I'll inform you everything that is happening around you and your past....our parent and grandparents". He said
I lowered my sword and stare at him with curiosity, I never remember I have a brother
"Let sit down and I will explain it to you". He said sitting down
I sat in a kneeling position and puts my sword on the ground
"So let me explain what happening right now, your in the basement of the butterfly estate, and rengoku is in a coma, tanjiro is getting chase by the.....swordsmith, inosuke is sleeping so is Zenitsu ". He explain
"W-what about my past"? I said nervously, thinking to meyself....will I regret remembering my memories....will it cause me pain
The boy sigh and smiled softly, putting a sunflower in my hair
"We lived a happy life, in till we're 7....dad died by getting shot while going to work....the person who shot him wasn't trying t shoot him he did it on accident he ended up running away". He finish his sentence
Blurry memories flooded my mind, I looked down....have I already regretted it?
"Mom gone insane after dad's death, she would hit us and abuse us, but she still had a little control, she would apologize and hold us whenever she hits us"
Mom...?
"One day she held a knife at us....but she didn't kill us, she handed me the knife and told me to kill her....we were both terrified." He continues
"For the best of us, I killed her....with the knife she handed me, we ran, we ran for hours intill we reached a house, with a maze of sunflowers surrounding it, that the place were at right now". He explains
"Two old couple greets us and let us in, after a couple months of living with them, we started to forget the fact that we're strangers, we call each other by "grandma" and "grandpa".
"After three years....a demon....attacks us and it a certain demon". He said
"We three died and he turned you into a demon....". He said
Speechless I looked down I could feel him looking at me with soft smile it feels so familiar but strange at the same tim
"This might be too much for you right now...but it will all make since my dear sister Y/n". He finish
"Well it was great talking to you sister.....I never thought I would have a chance to talk to you". He smiled as he dissolved into the air
"WAIT"! I shouted trying to get him

"AH"! I screamed
I found myself in a comfortable bed and a soft blanket over me
"Ara looks like you woken up". Shinobu said
"Kocho-San.....I had a really weird dream". I told her
"Oh my....it might be a message". She said
"Oh and your crying". She told me
Quickly wiping off the tears I excuse myself getting out of my bed and walking upstairs
"Rui....Rui". I repeat
I kept on repeating his name instead I bump into someone
"Y/n-chan are you alright".
Looking up, it Zenitsu with a worried expression printed in his face
I smiled and replied
"I'm alright Zenitsu thank you for worrying about me"!
Zenitsu blushed as he shouts
"IT ALRIGHT BESIDE IM YOUR FRIEND RIGHT"?!
I giggle and pet his head leaving him blushing
------------------- a small time skip
"It already night time". I thought
"Night sure is beautiful isn't it". A loud voice said
"Rengoku your awake"? I whisper-yelled
"Why yes I just woke up". He said smiling
"Does shinobu know"? I asked him
"Not yet, I just saw you outside so I thought it would be nice to greet you"! He smiled
"Ah I see". I said
"Here have a seat". I patted the bench
Rengoku sat down and stare at the night sky, and his mouth was moving as if he was praying
"Hey Y/n I had a really weird dream, it about my mom".
My eyes widen
"Same...I had a dream of m brother". I said looking down
"Rui"? He asked
"No...not him...my human memories". I replied
"That amazing you'll get to know your past"! He cheered
"I know...but I don't think I'm ready to know".
"Yes, it may be hard to face the truth but one day you have to". He said
"Your right". I said smiling
"But I believe you should go rest rengoku-kun". I said with dotted eyes
"Ah your right".
