The relationship between Xiao Zhan and the prince blossomed, they both found themselves wanting to always be with each other. They even can't get along with each other and Xiao Zhan is becoming more attached to the prince that he always smiles at himself whenever he remembers how the prince was always good and nice to him. 

The way he always smiles and talks softly with him. The way he always cares for him helps him out with his chores and the way he stands to watch him cook. Wang Yibo had become a regular visitor in Mr. Lee's house, so what's remaining for him to do is to spend the night in his house. He eats and drinks in his house. Even though the food here is not royal and as large as the ones he had at the castle, it tastes so sweet, especially when the cook happens to be the beautiful boy he doesn't think he can live without. 

Wang Yibo can't close his eyes or do anything without thinking of his beautiful friend. He wants more than what he is having with him, but he can't say it, afraid of the rejections or making the young boy uncomfortable, that he might be scared of staying alone with him. Or worse, he might distance himself from him.

Wang Yibo, if asked to choose a bride now as his parents had always done, will not hesitate to bring forward the peasant boy that has stolen his heart, his mind, his body and his soul. He can't do without him and he can't breathe without him. Wang Yibo kept asking himself, what could've his life have become if he hadn't met this beautiful boy? Lonely, sad or as cold as ever. He felt content to have this poor boy around him. 

He felt the world is already enough, and everything in it always came to a stop whenever he's with this beautiful man. His innocence, his cheerful nature and his smile had always got the prince coming back to take a look at him. The way he smiles and plays with him makes the prince always forget he was from royalty and finds himself behaving and acting like a child whenever he's around Zhan.

Everything is complete with Zhan with him, and he doesn't think about the responsibilities that await him. Whenever he is around the peasant boy, he behaves in unexpected ways that amazes him that he can play so much like that. Whenever he's with Zhan, he throws away those royal formalities when helping Zhan in doing house chores. 

Wang Yibo washed clothes, dishes and cleaned the house, playing and chasing Xiao Zhan whenever he became mischievous with him.  Wang Yibo could always remember Zhan folding papers, putting them inside his mouth and lighting it up whenever he pretends to be asleep so he'll hear all the mumblings of Xiao Zhan. How he always ends up chasing him around the house for doing such to him. Wang Yibo feels this happiness he never felt, not even when he's around his parents or anyone, but only felt that happiness and contentedness whenever he's with Zhan. 

Xiao Zhan is like a missing piece of his life, a missing rib that completes him, that joy he never found in anyone, that feelings he felt from anyone, those are exactly what he felt whenever he's around Zhan. He finds joy and complete happiness with him and he had promised that one day, he'll make his intentions known to him. 

He will bring it out in him to ask him out and maybe, make him his future Queen, the next Queen of the Wang Kingdom. That very day Xiao Zhan will be proclaimed as his wife, will be the happiest day of his life. A day to live to remember. A special he'll forever cherish and he hopes and believes that a day like that will surely come.

Xiao Zhan on the other side finds himself always standing by the gate waiting for the arrival of the prince. Any day the prince didn't come, Xiao Zhan would feel so empty, so lost that nothing tastes sweet in his mouth that very day, and he'll find himself sad restless, thinking, what happened? Why is he not here? He didn't tell me he won't come? He's supposed to be here.
