4.The wedding

Time flies so fast

Today is The Wedding day.

Veerle is getting ready for wedding things

Veerle is wearing just a simple wedding dress because it was her choice, her long hair is neatly arranged behind her back, above her head is a Daisy flower crown.

" My Dear you are so beautiful," My Dad said as He hugged me

" Woah you look amazing Veerle" Lana admired me

" Huhu Noona you will leave again " Marteen pretended to cry

The wedding ceremony

Veerle enters the wedding hall, her father walks with her, she's holding forget-me-not bouquet.

Veerle sees ni-ki who doesn't even look at her, Even when exchanging rings, Ni-ki just stares at Veerle sharply.

"I married the person I used to have a crush on, or maybe I still like him? Is he still my crush? My unfinished crush?" Veerle is full of thoughts

Everyone praises her beauty and congratulates her, Veerle tries to smile even though she doesn't even know all of them.

*end of the wedding ceremony*

Ni-ki and Veerle prepare to go home, they occupy the house that has been gifted by Ni-ki's father.

They get in the car, Veerle is about to sit in the front seat and Ni-ki forbids it

"What are you doing, sit in the back" he closes the door that veerle was about to open

"Eh? Why is that?" Veerle confused

"I don't want to be next to you, hurry up or I'll leave you"

Veerle finally sits in the back seat. The atmosphere in the car feels so quiet, no one starts a conversation.

They finally got home. "Ahhh I'm so sore with this dress and heels, I want to sleep right away " Veerle thought

Ni-ki entered the house first. Veerle wants to take a bath in the bathroom which is in their room. Veerle can't open it because it's locked.

"Maybe he's taking a shower" Veerle mumbled

Niki came out, Veerle wants to get in but Ni-ki stopped her

"What?" ask Veerle confusedly

"what do you mean" what"? you can't sleep here!" Ni-ki is trying to get rid of her

"Come on Niki I'm very tired, then where am I supposed to sleep? The other room key is still with your father"

"I don't care, just sleep in the attic there, it's big enough for a room right?" Niki closed the door hard

" WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE ATTIC ?! NI-KI!!! open the door!! It's dark there! I can't sleep in the dark!!!" Ni-ki didn't respond.
