Herbs gift to Sparkling pt 2

Chapter 2.

Also sorry I haven't been posting much I accidentally forgot about this but I'm here with the next chapter pls forgive me about this being late!! But besides that enjoy the chapter!!!

Clover smirked at the love letter he just read. He knew all along Herb had a crush on Spark. Clover couldn't help but to try to think of a plan to make Herb more embarrassed...after some thinking he got an idea. He got his phone took a photo of the letter and went on his messages and found Herbs messages and texted him. Before that, Herb and Spark had just got to the house and then they both went inside. "Sorry it's a bit messy..." Spark said has he was putting his keys up in the drawer. "Oh it's okay it's not a big deal!!" Herb said smiling. "Heh okay. Well um I'm gonna change but make yourself at home okay?" Spark said heading to his room to change "Okay!" Herb replied as he sat his bag on the couch. Then he got the tv remote and turned the tv on. As he did he heard his phone ding from a message, he got his phone to look at who just texted him, it was Clover. Herb went to the chat and his face lit up at what he saw. Clover had sent him a picture of the love letter he was gonna give Spark and Clover texted:
Clover: Just happened to be at the bar and saw a love letter for Spark you made Herb!!
Herb froze. Staring at his phone at the messages. (Shit.) he thought. (Shit shit shit SHIT!! I COULD'VE SWORN SPARK HAD THE LETTER RIGHT IN HIS HANDS!! DID HE ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED IT?!!) Herb panicked more in his mind(THIS IS BAD!! CLOVER CAN SEND IT TO HIM RN IF HE WANTED TO!! SHIT THIS IS BAD!!) Herb turned back to Sparks room to see if he was still in there. The door was still shut, then he turned around to his phone and messaged Clover back.
Herb: Clover I can explain.
Clover: no need to explain I knew it all along.
Herb: I didn't know but that doesn't matter!! Why are you at the bar and reading a love letter I made for Spark?!
Clover: whaaat? It was calling my name and I just had to when I saw it said to Spark from Herb!!
Herb: Clover look whatever you do please don't tell Spark about this...I can explain what I was gonna do with the letter..
Clover: mm okay then I'm all eyes!
Herb: okay I made a gift for him with his favorite treats and I made the letter to finally confess my love to him and I swore I seen him holding the letter but ig he accidentally dropped it and I for sure didn't know you was at the bar still and read it..
Clover: oh so you admit you do like him? And you was gonna confess? Riiiiight?
Herb: yes..
Clover: I knew it and I did saw y'all leave together too
Herb: yes I'm currently at his house right now..
Clover: ooooh~ so does he know about you confessing~?
Herb: no but don't tell him..I'm gonna try to tell him..
Clover: it's about time I've been wanting you to tell him but don't worry I won't tell him!
Herb: okay thank you..but why are you all of a sudden nice?
Clover: well I'm just happy you're gonna confess I can't be happy?
Herb: you can but DON'T JUST RANDOMLY START BEING NICE I've got a bad feeling you're up to something...
Clover: I'm not!!
Herb: you better...
Then Spark opened the door changed into his comfy clothes. "Okay Herb I'm back!!" Spark said heading to the kitchen. "Okay!!" Herb answered back still embarrassed what just happened. "Hey I'm gonna make some popcorn you want some?" "Yes please!!" "Okay!!" Then Spark started making the popcorn and Herb went back on his messages
Herb: okay Clover I gtg talk to you later pls don't tell Spark..
Clover: I won't you got this!! Just tell him how you feel!!
Herb: okay thank you..you better not have something up your sleeve..
Clover: I don't!! Goodbye Herb!!
Herb: bye bye!!
Then Herb grabbed his backpack and went to Sparks room. "I'm gonna change real quick!!" He said to Spark watching the popcorn pop in the microwave. "Okay!!" He replied than Herb shut the door and changed into his clothes. Before he was about to go back he couldn't help but notice a green bag with something peeking out inside of the bag in Sparks closet. "What's this?" Herb mumbled. Then he went to pick up the green bag  and looked inside. Then he took out a gardening book Herb wanted ever since. He looked at the gardening book in his hands in amazement. "Wow" he gasped. (I didn't know Spark wanted to garden too...) then he investigated further in the bag and saw a tag it said: To Herb from Spark: (he was gonna give this to me?...) he felt touched at the bag that was gonna be a surprise but not anymore cause he found it before Spark could give it to him. Then he saw a card and thought (well Clover already read my letter so why not read this?) then he picked up the card and stated reading and blushed. On it, it wrote: Dear Herb. I know how much you wanted this book so I decided to buy it for you as a gift. And I know this may be awkward but..I love you..I really do... ever since we met in high-school I knew from the moment I first saw you I knew I was in love with you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I've just been to scared to tell you but I thought I will tell you in this card with the gift. I really love you Herb. You always make me happy and I love spending time with you. You made my whole life a lot better. And if I could I would kiss you on the lips I love you so much. You're my everything..I wanna spend the rest of my life with you and make memories with you too...I love you so much...will you be my boyfriend? Circle yes or no. Herb started to tear up with happiness. "This is exactly how I feel..." he mumbled. "I love you so much Spark.. I wanna spend the rest of my life with you and kiss you make memories with you too..will be you're boyfriend.." Herb cried with happiness quietly trying to not let Spark accidentally hear him and get caught with the gift and confession letter. Then he heard Sparks voice from outside the door "hey Herb the popcorns ready!!" He said happily. Herb quickly wiped his tears and replied back " okay I'll be out just a second!!!" "Okay!!" Than he put the the surprise back where it was and made sure everything was in place. He got up looked in the mirror and fixed himself. The he head to the door feeling happy that Spark loves him back. He opened the door and saw Spark moving the couch closer to the tv and turned around to look at Herb. Herb blushed, and smiled. "Oh hey don't mind me I'm just moving the couch- but before Spark could finish talking Herb ran up and hugged him tightly (but not too tight) Spark blushed and was shocked and asked. "What are you hugging me for? Mm~?" "S-sorry.." Herb mumbled. "I just wanted to hug you for some reason Heh.." "Oh it's okay! I don't mind hugging!!" Spark hugged Herb tightly back. They was both enjoying this moment together. The Spark finally said. "Oh yeah I forgot to ask you what movie do you wanna watch?" "Oh any movie is fine!!" "Oh okay I actually picked out a movie already is that okay?" "It is don't worry!!" "Hehe okay!!" Then they was both smiling at each-other while hugging. "Ooh the movies starting cmon!!!" Spark said excitedly while he took Herbs hand to sit on the couch. "Okay okay I'm coming!!" Herb laughed. Then the both sat down and started to begin watching the movie.
