When you forget to put lotion on in the morning and worry that everybody will notice.
*Most of the time everybody notices. Some people choose not to say anything. I'm sure if you can see it , others can too. Putting on lotion or vaseline or any type of moisturization for that matter is a must for GIRLS PERIOD not just black girls. Its the hygenic thing to do. Unless you have somthing against it. Its up to you of course. I find myself forgetting in the winter time or just avoiding it because I think lotion will make me colder if I apply it.
