Hogwarts, a school for young wizards to learn about magic and history. which it is also a school her parents worship.
this day has already started off bad, considering the fact that she had to go back to that school once again, and not have any friends to talk with. well there's never much to talk bout anyways.
thankfully on the train she didn't have to converse with anyone since she was lucky enough to score a seat by herself. it's was pretty peaceful throughout the ride there, until someone opened the door.
"um excuse me, is it alright with you if me and my friends can sit here? there's no other compartments available."
well if it isn't the one and only Harry potter with his golden trio.
"sure, i don't mind."
scooting over from her original seat to the corner really worsened her day from a 9 to a 5. she didn't like that they came but she still couldn't say no. she could never say no to anyone really. i mean shes was a loner but that didn't change that fact that she cares about what others think about her.
dozing off she didn't really hear what the others were saying or doing. man right now would be the perfect time to listen to music only that she put her headphones with the other luggage.
"um hello?" someone said
from that voice alone, it disturb her daydreaming as she was looking at the window. she turned her head around so fast to much sure they were actually talking to her, and to her shock they were.
"yes hello" a voice so quiet but so loud to her. she saw that they were starting at her, like she was someone they've never seen before, and honestly it wasn't a shocker to her.
"are you new here?, sorry but we've just never seen you before. what year are you in?" Hermione questioned her.
"no, im a 5th year here actually" replying as fast and quickly as she can to cut this already embarrassing conversation short.
on the other side, the trio was wondering, how could they not have noticed her before? i mean they were pretty confident that they knew mostly everyone in hogwarts, but this, this was a shock to them, some in the same year as them, not new, and never noticing them?
"what's your name if you don't mind me asking" asked Harry
taking a deep breath she answered her most hated question
"y/n, my name is y/n l/n"
