It took me awhile, but I finally gathered the courage to go to the roof. The roof where the ground was so far that everyone looked like ants. The roof where I slowly walked up and stared down. This was going to be my path to the afterlife.
Many thoughts ran in my head, I'm so sorry Dad for not being the son you wanted and needed at times. I'm so sorry everyone, for being such a bad King for Wellston. I'm sorry Claire and Adrion, for being so stupid and never listening to you guys. Sorry Seraphina, for not having the guts to make up with you. I had messed up so much, I knew it was time for me to leave this world, as it would make this world so much better, to get rid of a monster like me.
I leaned down and took my first step to my fall, but the moment I started leaning on air, I heard a voice, "JOHN!?" I slightly glanced behind me to see a familiar blonde haired male.
And just for a moment,
an extremely small moment,
I felt a twinge of regret.
