When your alarm blares from your phone you almost decided to kill it before remembering you finally got a job and reluctantly pulled yourself from the warmth of your bed. As your feet hit the cold floor a shiver makes its way through your body. Walking over to the clothes you'd set out the night before, you begin to change. Not minding any scars that littered your body as you wrapped up with your last piece of clothing. Then headed to the bathroom to get better ready and do some basic hygiene. Making a quick toast breakfast and grabbing some coffee you head out, getting in your car and heading out on the road. It's pretty clear with no traffic, you smile at that. The drive was a nice straight shot but up a hill. When you finally arrived you got out and stretched, taking a sip of your coffee and walking in the doors of the asylum. The man at the front desk looked up and gathered some files from the cabinets in his desk. Calling the owner and then giving you a smile. "First day huh?" The man asks "Yessir, and by the looks of things I'll be staying here for a long time" you respond and he nods. Putting a clipboard on the counter with a pen. You hum and fill out the menial paperwork as you wait. Just as you finish your new boss comes over with a simple "follow me" before walking off. 

Following him you wave bye to the front desk man and catch up at a nice walking pace. You sort through the files a bit, wondering why they're named like they are until you open one and take in a sharp breath. Your boss looked at you with a grunt "So you finally opened a file huh? Surprised..? Scared?" You shake your head to clear your thoughts as the two of you come to a heavy metal door, four guards on either side. "A bit surprised but I mean, the pay now makes sense." When the doors opened the otherside revealed a hallway with rooms on either side, evenly spaced, the hall quiet. Almost unnerving quiet but you didn't seem to notice, or rather, you simply ignored it. "These are the more tame slashers, further in are the ones who are harder to handle for most" You nod and sigh, relaxing as you two walk up to the first door. Reading the nameplate out front it simply read 'Jason .V' your boss knocks first before entering the room with you in tow. Like the rest of the building the room was insanity inducing white. There was a bed in the corner and really that was it. Oh well there was also a huge ass man but that didn't matter. Your eyes kinda widened when you looked back at him, noticing he was tense. You softened your gaze and approached him, still giving him personal space as you held out your hand, looking up at him. "Hello, you must be Jason, I haven't gotten the chance to read your file yet but it's nice to meet you. I'll be your new nurse. You can call me (Y/N) or just Mr.Nurse if you prefer." Jason tilts his head but untenses a little, taking your smaller hand in his own and shaking it gently. Then he nods and signs to you, thankfully you took sign language as an elective. 'You're really pretty Mr.Nurse.' You smile more and nod "Thank you Jason, I try my best to look decent" He seemed a bit shocked but let out a happy noise before your boss clears his throat. "Okay (L/N) we need to move on '' You nod and sign goodbye to Jason and he waves semi-sadly as you two exit. 

Once the door is shut and locked you go across the hall to the next patient. You quickly read the nameplate 'Norman .B' before walking in behind your boss. This room was a little more furnished with a bedside table and lamp by the bed. The room is also white like the rest of the building. You assumed it was how the other rooms were too. Now noticing the small timid man rising from sitting on the bed you take initiative again. Walking forward but not in his personal space you hold out your hand, slower this time. "Hello Norman, I'm your new nurse (Y/N), You can also just call me Mr.Nurse. It's lovely to meet you" you smile and he takes your hand in both of his. Making small amounts of eye contact as he gives a nervous smile. "H-Hello Mr.(Y/N), It's nice to meet you t-too. I h-hope you'll t-take good care of me.." When the two broke the handshake he fiddled with his hands as your boss once again said it was time to go. You nodded at Norman and gave him a wave "See you at breakfast Norman!" He looks up as the door is about to close and shouts "S-See you!" You turn to your boss with a soft sigh as he is already at the next door. Checking the nameplate real quick you vaguely see a 'Brahms .H' and you two walk in. The room is like Jason's with just a bed. But unlike Jason there's a man who is sitting on his bed with a porcelain mask. It had some cracks but the man waves at you. "Are you the new Nanny?" Your boss tenses and you kinda flinch at his childlike voice but nod somewhat. "I guess you can put it that way, I'm your new nurse (Y/N) you can call me Mr.Nurse as well. I look forward to getting to know you, Brahms" Brahms seems to smile under his mask "The last Nanny was really mean but you look nice!" You hum and nod making a mental note as your boss walks out. You two share a quick goodbye before you're back at your bosses side.
